List Not Updatting?

Hi, for some odd reason, When ever I add Anime to my list, it doesn't update, or it'll just take it's self off, Now my list is telling me its updated some of them, but when I go to it, it tells me something different and that the Anime I have added before are there but not on the stats. How can I fix this? |
