| Welp. I'd always put off the S2 finale because Hinagiku had too much screentime, but I figure I'm gonna have to actually watch it quickly instead of waiting for Christmas vacation like I thought. Oh well. |

| YES! ;D Hopefully it will basically continue the story from where it stopped. The manga material is too good to be ignored. And the sneak peeks in the end of S2 are enough for us to be sure that at least the "EoTW" arc will be there (I won't say more than this). If that's the case, just a little warning for everyone who is expecting too much: Be prepared. It will have a completely different feel from both season 1 or 2. |

| Finally. They already saying that season 3 is confirmed since the movie. I prefer JC Staff for richer color but the animation here is pretty good. I hope they show Ruka and A-Tan in the series. 52 episode series will be good. |

It almost feels like a different story when I started to read the "EotW" arc. BUT, if this is true and they change everything, it's going to be a major disppointment for me. The "GW" arc was probably the high point of the whole series so far. |

| The worst part of it is that this is an almost guaranteed bomb... Manglobe never makes anything that sells, people will bitch about the character designs and they refuse to animate one of, if not the, most popular arcs. And once it bombs, that might be it for animating this series. |

| I thought Hata already had his share of "going off into a different plot" with the second half of season 1. Season 2 simply ignored all of those, so... It's weird to think that it could happen again. |

| I actually find it quite relieving that their not gonna follow the main story. Why? Cause its Manglobe, from what I'm expecting, manglobe is gonna flop, and what better to mess up on then just a side story? Jc staff or spynergy could always pick up from season 2 and continue Hayate no Gotoku even if manglobe messes up this season, so in the end, its a win win, either Manglobe makes a hit and attracts more viewers who'd hopefully watch season 1 and 2, or it would flop and still attracts attention, promoting it until the manga adaptation is made. But man why don't they just get JC staff to make season 3 according to the manga -.- I don't even want to know what Manglobe is gonna do with the animation :/ |
