I love ninjas so that was awesome :D but yeah that apology was a joke and that low life loser can die.

I think the thing they don't judge is the ability to manipulate the spell... sort of like a meteor storm spell, the target spaces it would land are preset, but with proper manipulation, they'd land where you please, sort of thing... It seems awesome, and extremely deadly ahahaha

No good. Even if he was beaten senseless, he still had his head held up high..
I wouldn't mind it if he dies next chapter though :D..
And Tatsuya, using his skills + his weapon would be a thing to watch during the next chapters :D..
And I like how the interactions between Mari and Tatsuya always turns out like that with Tatsuya always sighing xD..

Good with magic engineering and cads.
And gave the hero a cad.

this manga has everything! ninjas, magic, messed up school systems! What else could you need in life?!
I'm still kind of confused about what magic assessments at the school are so I'm going to reread everything up until now to see if I missed anything!

...I wish the pace was faster.

The magic school is too orthodox for its own good if it doesn't gauge the execution of magic. Someone like Tatsuya who uses magic in radical ways that are considered "thinking out of the box" would fly under their radar. Tatsuya has a whole lot of work before him, and that's not even getting started with the Morals Committee.

Does that mean Tatsuya is ranked #5 now lol?

I think this manga does very well with a slow pace. I find it really interesting seeing how the magic system in this manga works so I'm glad the writer takes the time to give this info out. Not to mention the fact that because of the way Tatsuya's combat methods are explained, it makes more sense why he ended up failing the practical test despite being very talented.

the fight would be better if it was in front of an audience.
