Fujiko called that Count Owl as his Papa (Father), and she really has some trauma and repressed memories about him
i think Fujiko is just genetically manufactured woman that is why she is seems so perfect other than her trauma, i say this since their are lots of clones of her on this episode, and Zenigata said its her prototypes
Lupin/Jigen/Goemon will probably save the day on the final episode

so like indeed fujiko’s past & memories are back to get her

flashback show white owl burn bear & brand burn fujiko.
zenigata now out see fujiko want answers.
then realize it’s owl people meanwhile lupin & jigen on same search too.
enter fun park for zenigata & fujiko to lead house of fujiko.
fujiko start recall her past from papa, experiment, etc.
yet she snap go wild & oh lupin & jigen enter the park too.
cause lupin see more hmm about fujiko & owl.
owl person appear want lupin kill fujiko but lupin want answers.
goemon while got “surgery” by owl doctors.
zenigata & fujiko search exit but dolls only.
more fujiko past is showing while white owl watch.
lupin & jigen then boom owl escape recall death day of fujiko.
zenigata & fujiko attack by not dolls.
but by failed copied of fujiko?!
goemon escape all in fujiko outfit slash the power.
zenigata handle copies with of them is oscar.
fujiko meet white owl & said papa?

Oh shit, the climax is almost here.

Those prototypes are kidnapped people that then were turned into Fujikos but it could still be possible that our Fujiko is a creation of Luis (hence why he wants to be called papa) but she would be a failure since she disobeyed, right? I don't know why they experimented on her, though, she is his treasure, so why do that to her?

I have no fucking clue if Luis and the other owl dudes are just wearing masks.

Goemon was way too good looking as woman, it creeps me out.

Can't predict at all how this is going to end, is Fujiko going to die?

why are the best episode alway the one with Lupin in em? lol

Really enjoyed this one, the opening was kinda sadtic it seem as this show goe on it darker and creeper with the whole "It's a small world" in the tunnel then all the "fail experiment" dress as Fujiko, Guess ones past is hard to face when one so called "Strong Will" has faded, left with nothing to face one demons or this case her so called "Father".

who make and Owl amusement park? with bug in the ice cream? yeah that not creepy at all

Lupin and Jigen, Bring comic relief an just make the show for me and alway have the best action scene.

Goemon in Drag was to much i could not stop laughing. XD

I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! That was completely insane...

I love all the links back to previous episodes that fill in the bits we didn't know (Shitoto really did tell Fujiko her death day, the owl men recommended Fujiko to Cicciolina, they knocked out Goemon with Fraulein Eule after surrounding him, and so on). And Oscar really DID get snatched away, brainwashed and made up to look like Fujiko. I wonder how that will play into next episode.

The owl guy on the rollercoaster was kind of a badass. Riding the thing like a boss. Jumping off and doing a flip in mid-air. And the animation when Lupin was trying to catch him was awesome (mid-air swim!).

It also took me completely by surprise when "New・Wuthering Heights" started playing right at the end, that theme is so great. What a cliffhanger, too! FINAL BOSS TIME

EDIT: I forgot to even mention crossdressing Goemon. Oh Goemon, why must you always be the butt of the joke? (although that might turn out to be a plot point if anyone mistakes him for Fujiko). It was hilarious though.

Very interesting and such a cool series.

I didn't expect much in the beginning but now I want to see more.

Wow, this was a crazy episode. So that ending from the previous episode was foreshadowing after all. I just wonder why is Count Almeida so obsessed with Fujiko. And lol@ Goemon in drag. No doubt the owlheads were about to make him into a clone as well.

The final episode should be just as intense as this one.

Damn good episode. Yeah, I really need to re-watch this when it finishes airing.

one hell of a ride through the psyche/psychosis of mine fujiko, and with music in some parts that sounded a lot like miles davis' bitches brew to boot....truly genius show this has turned out to be - one of the best of any season!

The Count's words hint at a love story, admittedly a very dysfunctional one, which Fujiko escaped from years ago. Yearning for her love he tries to integrate her into the story again since it seems all the other measures taken by abducting people all over the world and turning them into imitations of Mine Fujiko have failed.

I got the impression the Owlman Lupin and Jigen were face with wasn't the Count and had a different aim altogether, which would be Fujiko's death as he said.

I think the count is probably a victim of the drug the pharmaceutical company was developing. Small doses cause people to view the wold through rose coloured glasses so while everyone (even the count himself) thinks they're fighting an aristocratic athromorphic owl in a palace/ amusement park he's probably just a knife wielding hobo in a dilapidated building.

I have a feeling that the count's "love" has a lot akin to Jerry Sandusky's "horsing around in the shower". "Fujiko, come sit on my lap...", indeed. No wonder she has some trust and relationship issues...

Exactly, like I've thought for a while now Count Almeida is a pedophile who raised Fujiko to be the perfect "pet". After being abused she ran away and all the count wants now is to silence her either by shaming her back into his clutches or killing her. It really speaks to why Fujiko is the way she is, I absolutely love this series, it all makes sense now, how shes become such a broken empty person. Very satisfyingly realistic and dark.

This series is awesome. So many layers.... slowly exposed. Brilliant.

Yeah it really had that "s*** is going down" vibe when the music kicked in. The soundtrack for this show, just like so many anime currently airing this season, has been amazing. Great episode, Oscar being alive was quite surprising and Fujiko is finally coming face to face with her demons. Lupin being self aware of the fact that he is in a story whether he was speaking in a metaphorical or literal sense, was a nice touch. I really enjoyed that monologue.

I love how they put the story threads together regarding Fujiko's past each passing episode. It sets up the finale next week, which I can't wait to see. Gah, a few more days!

Great episode as well. I feel the animation was a step up this time; some of the previous episodes kind of dropped in quality regarding that. That roller coaster action scene was nothing short of amazing.

Also, cross dressing Goemon. xD

I don't think the Count is a pedophile, actually. I think he actually IS her father and by love, he means "he wants his daughter back".

Glaucus Park including Eulenspiegel would make a great survival horror-game location.

Oh and Goemon as Fujiko wasn't necessary, serioiusly.

Goemon always shows up in the best ocasion xD
