Fansubs aren't released on movies as camrips unless you want horrible quality (to which no fansub group want to tarnish their reputation by releasing bad quality). Blu-rays were just released so it's only a matter of time.

Yeah, I'm informed that the bluray released just yesterday in Japan. How long will it take to fansub it?

The Japanese blu-ray includes English (and French) subtitles. You can already find them and the movie itself on the web if you wish.

And considering the official subtitles are fine , there is no need for a fansub at all.
I believe this a first for Studio Ghibli to release a film with a multi-language subtitle choice.

Subtitles are not original. They are the same as the ones that came standard with the Blu-ray.
