| It's funny how people's opinion on this episode differ dependig on whether they like Medaka or not. I found this episode quite boring as if they were trying to make up for the lost screentime of those three in the last 2 episodes. Or maybe I got too used to Medaka finding some epic way to handle stuff while they used only normal. Aside from that, I felt like Kikaijima's character was completely wasted and used only as a filler after the swimming pool contest. That's a shame since she is my favourite out of the student council. Another thing that kinda bothers me, is that the vice-president issue didn't get resolved yet. I mean, it surely is a good hook for the next season but in the end there wasn't even a slightest conclusion to anything this episode. This was a horrible last episode imo (Still better than Fate/Zero, though. Cliffhanger at the end of a season with a several months long break... Do they have to torture fans that much?). It would make more sense without the break. Whatever, this isn't anywhere near top in my favs so I don't care that much. This season in would get an 8 from me if it wasn't for the sudden shift into battle anime. I like them but only when they're actually well done. Lead with already godly powers feels like western cartoon. No need for them to get stronger, no need for them to change at all, you just watch them beat one villain after another exactly the same way. This isn't the reason why I started watching anime... Though, I have to admit Medaka is somehow interesting in her own way so my rating didn't drop much, just to 7/10. About next season, I assume that those guys at he end are the future villains. The Gilgamesh-like character looks way too much... uhm... like Gilgamesh and he also has kinda evil face... like Gilgamesh. XD I just hope he won't turn into another Gilgamesh. That would be way too soon after F/Z, way too obvious and possibly annoying (at least to me). EDIT: eworm said: Who the hell is Gilgamesh? I thought the next art was okay. The REALLY good part comes after the end of the Flask Plan arc, and with the pacing of this season it'll probably take a season 3 to get to it. |

| Even when Medaka is not around the show is a Medaka circle jerk. Meh, completely average episode to end an average show 5/10 (very close to giving it a 4/10 because, well it was pretty damn boring). |

| let's just put it this way, the characters introduced in the Flask plan Arc is a lot more interesting than the ones in this current arc. Everyone introduced in the first arc got some really interesting development in the second arc. NisiOisin starts doing his crazy katanagatari stuff in the 2nd arc. The 3rd arc might be the best, but the 2nd arc is still pretty good. |
| Average show considering that I'm rather a fan of Nisioisin works (i didn't know this one so it was my first contact with Medaca & co) i was rather disappointed. I rated it 3 dropped it after 3 eps, as the only interesting character for me was Shiranui, but after my friend showed me some later episodes with crazy fights i managed to wrestle my way through first 8 episodes to find out, that it was starting to get interesting. Considering how the story is looking up and some new charas this show may turn out to be quite good actually, but for now 5/10 from me. |

| Even without Medaka, I'm glad that the student council can still handle the requests of the suggestion box. A well-rounded ending, but I expected Medaka to greet them fully healed at the end. From the cliffhanger, it looks like a gang more fierce than any before are ready to make their appearance. This first season really felt like a build up for something much more exciting. There were some episodes I greatly enjoyed such as the competition in the swimming pool and the battle with Unzen but everything else in between seemed like unmemorable filler to me. 5/10. A good introduction to the series but I hope the second season can really be bigger, bolder and more badass. |

| This was a nice end to the series. Seriously looking forward to watching the next season. Giving this a 6/10 mainly because of the Box Arc. I have decided to pick up the manga recently so I'll know what I get to look forward to in the next season. |
| Some people seems to be underestimating the first season. But if this turns out to be 1 season per arc this'll be well known considering what the next arc will be. Well it's still gonna be a while but here's to hoping that "his" arc would be animated |

| Lots of dialogues and lots of imagery which didn't make much sense but I guess it was a good ending showing us what Medaka was to Student Council and to this show. Mochibaru and Natayama provided just the right case for this, the former being very fun to watch. I'm not sure if I'll be watching but it's good to hear that there will be a second season with some cool characters. |

| the episodes without Medaka continue to be the best. I'll check season 2 out. decent, but the annoying disciplinary brat annoyed me to much out of giving it better than a 6. that girl who couldn't stop touching her head was rather weird. |

| Gainax certainly makes some lame anime every now and then. I'll be coming back to the 2nd season with hopes that it'll get better. And this is written by Nisiosin? What? I'm not the biggest fan of the guy, but his trademark endless and witty dialogue is nowhere to be found here. |

| sad to see the last episode was a filler but i can udnerstand why. Looking forward to teh flask plan arc though i hope it's at least 18 epsiodes long so that each episode can cover 2 chapters rather than codnesing the 12 episodes to cover 3 chapters each. but yip the Minus arc is what I really wanna see so we must demand season 3 as well (I'm currently half way through this arc in the manga it's awesome so far) |

| i was going to give this a 7 but i dont like the turn of event without any explaination. i thought this was school romance slice of life anime, then it turn sci-fi blood gore. i mean wtf is this? comon i admit the fighting is enjoyable, BUT, is this a school where are the parents, y break someone arm because he is noisy, why modaka is till living freely when she killed someone in the past , WTF IS THIS SHIT and i am going to be generous here because it was somehow enjoyable but i was expecting a better show and was wanting to give this a higher score,but 6/10 |
