According to the official website of World Hobby Fair 2012, the TV anime of manga "Magi - Labyrinth of Magic" was revealed. The official announcement was supposed to be made on Weekly Shonen Sunday vol.30 next week. Source: World Hobby Fair official website Updated Jun 22 According to Weekly Shonen Sunday vol.30, the TV anime of Magi - Labyrinth of Magic will start this October. It will be aired in the Sunday 5pm timeslot, in which Mobile Suit Gundam AGE has currently been aired. The production studio is A-1 Pictures. YES I AM SO HAPPY! I love the Manga series, and now I get to see everything animated. Hopefully this gives the author a nice boost in morale and sales.  |

This has been rumored for a while since the Magi website was found created, but glad to see it confirmed. I hope it airs this Fall.  |

Magi has a good rating on the web, I think it'll will a good one. But I'm more interested in Buyuden! :D I like the drawing and it's a sport manga! :D |

Nice! I've been wanting to read the manga for a while now but haven't gotten around to it yet...Maybe if the adaptation is good enough I won't have to lol.          |

It won't be a very high rated anime, because its beginning is too light-hearted and even childish at times. Besides it uses a good amount of cliches in the beginning as well and it takes a while to deepen the characters who seem too shallow at first. It does get better as it goes and within its genre (shounen battle manga) it's very good. |
