| What an episode. Started off with annoying Kaoru who couldn't just accept Ricchan's feelings. But he suddenly brought his guts!!! Even though he fell short at the crucial moment, still commendable. And SEN!! He has to leave at their highest moment! Bunkasai duel is at the corner! |

| Another really strong episode! Such a poignant ending. I can't wait to see where the story goes from here. If the conclusion to the show is as terrific as it's lead-up, it will definitely cement itself as one of the absolute best of the last several years. |

| Am I the only one so far who thinks Kaoru and Ri'ko's scene was slightly overdone/over-dramatic?? I was slightly disappointed at that bit. I mean, yeah, we've seen Kaoru grow into this fearless person when it comes to speaking his mind, but really... that cheesy?? LOL. C'mon!!! Maybe I found it to be a bit cliche because of the n-number of Bollywood films that have used such melodramatic way of expression too? I liked how Kaoru suppressed his excitement though and gave his skepticism word. (LOL at the bath scene! Like they needed an embarassing mooment! But it was funny and good enough. :) ) And I definitely liked Ri'ko's counter attack about confidence. Till there, this episode was strong. But Kaoru's dramatic sick-walk and announcement of love made me cringe so bad that the only redemption from it was Kaoru's cousin voicing out her amazement. Lol! And then the show picked up again after we see Kaoru's frustration at his progress (LMAO!!!). Sen's dad is coming back, and he plans to run away? Don't.... :( Wow, I'm really worried for Sen. Like he finally let go of Yurika and boom! drops another bomb. :( :( |

| Kaoru :D you are one dumb guy XD but fortunatelly he came to senses, while being sick that is and I hope his relationship will progress and Sen... like what? he says that he loves his family but seems to run away, when his father is coming back I don't get it - ok I want why he wants to run away, but leaving them behind is a bit... I cannot say I like it |

This episode dealt with the entire seventh volume, and the manga is nine volumes. So, unless they're planning on massively rushing the conclusion, there should be two more episodes to cover the last two volumes. |

| I really liked this episode but when I think about it, it was too easy for Kaoru and Ritsuko and Kaoru always makes the same mistake, he just jumps to conclusions without really thinking about it. That cliffhanger, I did not see this coming, I'm so excited to see what's going to happen but I'm also worried about Sen. I will never understand why Japanese people are real pussies when it comes to colds (at least in anime and manga). |

| This anime is seriously up there for one of my favorites now. Was so happy that kauru finally told ri-chan that he loved her again. He was starting to anger me. But seriously at the very end with sen i yelled at my monitor "WHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTT?!?!?!" He is gonna run away or something this is no bueno :( |

In the 60's colds were a bigger deal than they are today. So this ep was a whole volume? The manga must be really slow paced. If there's only 2 more eps, I guess we won't see much more of Yurika. A pity. Though I don't care about seeing Jun again. This episode wasn't that good, but it's ok because it was building the climax. I wonder if Kaoru will end up moving again in the last ep. |

A really good episode. Finally we're getting closer to Ritsuko x Kaoru. However the ending left a lot of questions. Looks like Sentaro is running away from home. Looking forward to next episode. |

| If he's leaving, he might as well grab a bike and cycle all the way to the North-most point in Japan. ...oh, wait. About the episode count, there's probably only one left. There's always a week of pause between two blocks of noitaminA shows, and the next block starts on July 5th, so we can safely assume the last episodes of both this and Tsuritama air on the 21st, and there will be nothing on the 28th. noitaminA anime are typically 11 episodes anyway, save for a few exceptions. They do have a pretty packed schedule if they're going to fetch Sen from some godforsaken place and bring him back in time for the festival all in one episode, though. I'd also like something more definitive about Kaoru and Ricchan's relationship (such as, I don't know, a proper kiss scene maybe?). But well, I may be wrong with my theory on the episode count. |

The series has only 9 volumes and the each volume has 5 chapters, so the odds of it going beyond 2 more episodes could be slim. Okay maybe 1 more if the time skip in volume 9 is treated properly (don't worry, I haven't read volume 9 yet. I just know it's a time skip). |

| God, Poor sen. I hope this ends on a happy note, I have a bad feeling something bad might happen to sen but that's just a slight hunch, still loving this show hoping it still has a good 3-4 episodes left but as long as they pull off the ending this will deffinatly end up being one of my favorites. |
| So it sounds like two episodes, or one episode and an OVA. Either way they could accommodate a time skip. This almost became my favourite dramatic confession scene, but I think I'll still go with hanging from the parallel bars... Good time for Kaoru to man up, but he had an awful lot of help from Ri-chan, who has steadily grown on me as a character over the course of this show. |

| Another wonderful episode. While Kaoru and Ritsuko moment was a bit dramatic, but still loved it overall. And like someone mentioned, about time they showed a girl entering the bath when the boy was taking it. Sentarou, why you leave? Anyway, just want to say that the anime had been a real pleasure from start to finish. There will be complains from fans for not having much Jazz in it and taking the romance root instead, but I am absolutely fine with it. For me, the anime has been really balanced and the pacing of the story was just perfect. Let me ruin their day for those who are thinking that there are 2 more episodes. There is only ONE episode left. Don't worry, I am sad too, because I loved the anime. |

| The past few episodes weren't that great imo, but this one for some reason really rocked! I guess it's that very ending -- the bird scene and all -- setting the bird free because he knows what the dad would do to it. Damn. Looks like Sen is already planning to go to jail cause he's going to kill his father or something... |
