Will reserve thoughts until they announce where it will be viewable. No (meaningful) info on when the next announcement will be yet. To be honest that one caught me by surprise too. |

I think anyone would be surprised when Crunchyroll decides to license something. |

Sword Art Online is one of those things I could see falling through the cracks. Its a big property so Crunchy might not be willing to pay what is needed to get it. Funi might simulcast it though if they pick it up for BD release. But then again, I never expected Crunchy would get Nise either so maybe they're willing to pay more now then they used to. ![]() |

Here's hoping they get Binbougami ga. I'm very interested in that show. |

supermegasonic said: apparently muv-luv is the highest ranked on the visual novel database website. so it has to be somewhat interesting. Doesn't mean the anime will be good. Just look at Togainu no Chi and Tsukihime for example. -___- "What has two arms, two legs, and is alive? Not your favorite character thats for sure!" |

CR on a roll now. This is the only historical theme series I'll be watching this summer so kudos to them! |

I wish Americans were willing to make genderbent presidents and historical heroes. But America hates fun so they wouldn't do that ![]() |

If just simulcasting, I don't see how it's a surprise no matter what they get since they always aim to have an expansive catalog. If you mean licensing as in DVD/blu-ray releases, yeah, that's rare, but I don't see how it's relevant. |

Hmm... kind of put off by the failure of Sengoku Collection at present. I usually enjoy that sort of thing though so might give it a try. When are we getting info on regional availability (or "territories" as they put it)? I want to know what I can and can't watch... |

But America hates fun so they wouldn't do that I'd love to watch a genderbent American Civil War anime. You'd have the ojou general Roberta E. Lee, the hard-drinking Ursula S. Grant, the tsundere Billie T. Sherman and you'd have the stoic President Abby Lincoln. Yeah, that would be really fun. Getting back to topic, Crunchyroll is doing pretty well with its early annoucements. |
