Amata´s parents: "Son, we dont give a fuck about you, because we love each other and that´s more important than you".

Seriously i was no sad at all with their deaths. I was super sad with Jun´s. Then got sad for Shrade although I didnt like him, but these two do not deserve my sympathy.
They left a little kid all by himself. He could have died by hunger or murder in the streets if he wasn't so smart and hardworking. His mom did not even spent time in making preparations to leave her kid with someone of trust. Then Kagura was in Altair and Izumo didnt give a fuck either, letting his son be raised by Mikagay, the same man who destroyed his chance to be happy with Alicia. And then he wants to take Mikono to probably be raped by an entire population of men or to be sacrificed, knowing that his son halves are both in love with her and have balls to do what he couldnt. I call that envy. Izumo always knew Mikage´s true personality and never tried to warn someone or to take him down. If Izumo was really intelligent he should have tried the diplomatic way and explained their goal, so together the two planets could help each other. But no. He sacrificed the woman he loved for his "planet" and she gets immediately in to a coma and guess what, saves no one.
Both Alicia and Izumo deserved to die, dont feel nothing for their death. Screw them both. Parents who do this to their children deserve no respect coming from me, whether in anime or reality.

The only ones I pity here are Kagura and Zessica. Because their are the toys of Mikage, are suffering much more than Mikono/Amata because although controlled they were the ones who killed Alicia/Izumo (killing your parents or killing the parents of the person you love is traumatizing, even if they were shitty,specially when you did it not by your will, but it was still by your hand) and their respective love interests dont give a fuck.

ps-And Fudo is Apollonius. Or Shushu.

My advice:
Face it, another episode proved that Evol is just test run for new Macross. Crap writing, ending will either happy end with Amata x Mikono or some more asspull with one of them sacrificing.
Zessica - fucked, Amata doesn't deserve her, no chance for her since he doesn't have any feelings for her and Mykage killed Amata parents in her body.
Kagura - doesn't deserve Mikono, never calls her by real name, he is just puppet of Mikage and plot device, he will die and/or merge with Amata.
Mikono - doesn't deserve Amata, her indecisiveness angers watchers, also plot device.
Amata - I feel sorry for him.

It's time to stop stupid shipping wars. Turn off thinking and enjoy ride on Kawamori's Trollercoaster.
I just hope that Andy and Mix get happy ending.

Damn Mikage, somebody kill him already. Izumo is really a good guy, it was sad that he died. Kagura and Mikono can both go to hell, damn eyesores. Andy did a good job awakening Mix, hope he succeeds. Looking forward to next episode.

I come from Japan, and I want to learn more English. Sorry for the bad English>.< Why everyone is hating Kagura ? Is not his fault! I think we should show more sympathy towards him! Alicia and Itsumo never show love to him, she even called him the "Other". You might argued that he should never been there in the begin, but it is like in real life, if there is a twins, would u only show love towards one and not the other? I mean Kagura is still their son even his spilted... Poor Kagura, does everything for Silivia. People say "Get Her Name Right!",but i would say, do u remember what Apollo and Silivia said in the first season? (If i translated it wrong sorry) "I would never forget your smell", and Silivia said "I would wait for you". So it was a promise!!!!!! A Promise!!!!! And Kagura is keeping that promise!
We should not feel sorry for Amata as well. If the story has switched to Altair's world instead of the Vegar's world to begin with, U would think Altair is the good side and Vegar is the bad side. So we have to think differently, not just say Kagura killed his parents, and killed others, we have to think why?
One more thing, Mikono did try to stop him, and he hesitated?(Dont know if it is the right word?Used the translator)

Although i dont really care about Amata's parents that much, i do really feel sorry for Amata.

On the other hand i would like to see a little more of Andy vs Mix/Mixy fight, i really want to know how that would end.

I agree with you. Kagura gets unnecessary hate. Its not his fault for being raised by the villain. To me, he and Zessica are the best characters of the show.
And yes he did stop when Mikono asked, but Im afraid that Mykage has a huge control over him and Zessica, so both might try to kill Amata/Mikono in next episode. That´s how we will see how strong the power of love is. Im sure Mykage will control Zessica and Kagura to try to kill Amata and Mikono.

If Kagura & Amata die at the end again with a quote like "See you in 12 000 years", Ill flip a table.

I think Amata will kill her together with the Mykage's soul,
but Zessica will say Amata to do this.

No offense intended, but this summaries this anime for me. Kagura has barely had any screen time at all, arguably even simply used as a plot device, and is already one of the best characters of this show. (from my personal point of view at least)

The character development is underwhelming and I expected more of this show in this specific department. The continuous indecisiveness surrounding the romance plot is boring and drew too much attention from the main story. Such a pity.
