I really hope his ki-center stays intact. 2x But I think now his KI shall be restored once and for all Nope. To early for that to happen now. He will restore 0.01% of his KI center. :D ^Probably the senario that is going to happen, but who know... I hope it the latter! |

He better kick the mad doc's ass. that is true, but I think he may actually care for Sera more than the others girls, because he had a flashback of her when she was stabbed. Well that is my opinion, other girls like Jin-Ie and SoSul have a crush on Shioon, but he fails to notice and Shioon relationship with SaeHee is just friends. |

In my opinion his ki center will remain broken but he will be able to fight using his emotions instead. At least that's how I understood it. And only rage of course. ;-) |

Regardless, even though this manga is still entertaining, it is still a huge disappointment from the first series. 75 chapters and the only thing that the main character has obtain, for the most part, is a wonder pill that helps for a few minutes, as opposed to the first series when he went from being a suicide child to being almost a master. This is turning into a typical long and drawn out shonen manga but with better art (just now realized that breaker:new waves is classified as a shonen, but the breaker is classified as a seinen). I'm probably going to just drop this series and pick it up when it is finished so i can quickly get it over with. ![]() |

I'm probably going to just drop this series and pick it up when it is finished so i can quickly get it over with. Firstly, most probably no one will show up, but Cool guy might come, or Heo(highly doubt it because he is at the pick up point). Secondly, sure this Manhwa(not manga, manga(Japanese), manhua(Chinese), Manhwa(Korean)) is not great as the last one, but its still being Published so it has its good points. The reason i would say it seems like a disappointment is because the author had to show the audience its not easy to put a ki-center back together and that is why its so long to build up the story. The first Manhwa was great and of course he was suicidal he saw told if he have no courage no one will be able to save you, and Shioon did good with the few moves he knew. At least he still goes on even with a broken Ki-center.( that's what i like about Shioon he is an idiot that doesn't give it, in my opinion) Fourthly, according to mangaupdates.com both The Breaker and The Breaker: New Waves are classified under Genre(s) Action, Comedy, Drama, Martial Arts, Shounen, and not seinen. Finally, i understand that everyone has their own opinions, and that's the use of Forums, and that is all for now. Sorry for post being so long if anyone reads this. |

So he can fight using his anger like Nine Arts did at the end of Breaker...mhmm not sure how this is going to go though....since it can't be fully controlled I assume.... And with his Ki-Center as it is....not sure how much stronger he'll become...still anything could happen....but I do wish his Ki-Center would get properly restored... Anyways I look forward to the next chapter as always ^^ |

Yep! I don't see his ki-centre being restored from. If it were, that'd be silly. What are the chances of romance blooming here? For all we know, Shioon probably cares about Sera the same way he does for Jinnie etc. Looking forward to the next chapter. P.S. I don't think it's fair to compare New Waves to the first season yet. Sure, so far, it's been more of a disappointment in comparison to the first season, but, it's still ongoing and could make up for it and live up to its expectations come the end. |

This is just a theory of mine but hear me out. -They said the Black Origin Threshold reverses Ki -Shi woon's Ki is "broken" but there. -Would it make his Ki Center work normally again without any real side effects? Just me blabbering off. |

Am I the only one that think Shioon (Shi Woon?) is freaking stupid to not first switch on the light first. He wanted to protect himself and his friends, that's the reason he learnt martial arts in the first place, and he lose his head after that obvious provocation, trying to fight an enemy with night vision in the dark, while the friend which he wanted to protect so much is in danger? If he was alone, I wouldn't mind him acting crazy or reckless. I hope he would mature mentally as the series progress, so that he won't regret it only when he loses somebody dear to him The most underrated/unpopular webtoon around - Tower of God For those who want a good story, with action adventure genre, with awesome characters, setting, and world building, and a tiny bits hinted romance along with badass actions, do try out Tower of God, it'll be the best thing you ever read in your whole life till date! (am serious not exaggerating) :D |

It was hard watching Sera get stabbed because she's my favorite girl. |
