So after already reading the manga way back a few thoughts

I felt bad for Aria, the MILF that's a virgin.

I think there are plenty of girls like that in real life, even handicapped ones like her. She apparently didn't object to doing the deed, so I don't really see the problem. And I can think of a good reason why Chihiro rejects Aria: he hooked himself a hot girl already. She may be a walking corpse, but she's still several times prettier than Aria can ever dream to be.
