Because, obviously, kids can't be exposed to anything that isn't American. This includes Japanese names, places, letters, and of course, songs. (Though it somehow doesn't include stupid British accents.)

Anyway, what do you think is the worst english dub theme song by 4Kids?

Oh god. Mere words cannot describe how disgusting that is. *pukes* (Probably the only thing that saved me from dying when I watched that was hearing Eric Stuart's voice as the narrator. x_x)

That's just absolutely disgusting.... Where the hell did they get the idea that pirates and rap go hand in hand with each other? *pukes*

My vote goes to One Piece's opening, btw. Words cannot describe how awful that song is.. ;_;

To be honest, I think that the One Piece opening is so stupid it's hilarious. The Sonic X theme is the worst one though.

I think that the tokyo mew mew opening dub was terrible completly killed that series!
