Kuroko no Basket Yaoi fandom - Yes or no?
| Well, Kuroko no Basket doesn't have many females, still, are there couples you ship? I noticed that Kuroko no Basket yaoi is really popular among the fans (girls, mainly xD) and still, this is not that kind of series, so what do you think of it? |
| Yes, yes, yes *-* I proudly ship yaoi pairings (generally) and this anime is no exception! When I search for pictures about the anime, 95% of the images contains Someone from Gom/Kagamix Kuroko, and they are all awesome, so it's impossible not to like (or at least notice) them. My favorite pairings are AominexKuroko /or the other way/, KagamixKuroko and KisexAomine, but I pretty much love AnyonexKuroko.^^ And actually something interestin I just found..Kikuchi Yoko, who is responsible for the character design was who made Junjou Romantica's and Sekaiichi Hatsukoi's character design,too. When I first saw the ED card with Kise and Kuroko, I thought I saw it somewhere before aand.. http://cdn.myanimelist.net/images/anime/10/29435l.jpg is quite similar to http://i1139.photobucket.com/albums/n541/ponytale_anime/anime_kuroko_01.jpg . ^^ At least I think it is.^^" But I ship the RikoxHyuuga pairing,too, they are very cute together.^^ Momoi is out of picture, I don't like her at all. |

| It's really disheartening to see tons of Yaoi pics when I browse Kuroko no Basuke's pics in Zerochan. Thats because Im a guy. Great pairing would be: Kuroko x Momoi Kise x Momoi Hygua x Riko Im a Momoi fanboy ^^ |
| Yup, yup, I definitely love yaoi. Proud to say it. Like samuraigirl, I think Kuroko can go with pretty much anyone. <3 Ah, but I do like hetero couples too, but seeing as there aren't that many girls in KnB the only ones I really like together are Hyuuga x Riko and Aomine x Momoi.. and maybe Kuroko x Momoi. (Btw I hate it when people say that yaoi is disgusting. It's OK if they dislike/are uncomfortable with the fangirls and yaoi, but to say it's disgusting is just going overboard; but each to their own I guess.) |
| Well, there aren't many guys who like yaoi, it's pretty rare, so that's totally understandable xD As for me, I love the yaoi couples xD My fave is Kuroko x Kagami, but, like, samurai-chan and nekonyaa said, Kuroko fits well with almost everyone xDDD So I also ship him with Aomine, Kise, Akashi, Midorima etc. xD Maa, most of the GoM members are pairable with each other xD The other ones are Kagami x Teppei, Kagami x Aomine and Kagami x Midorima & Kagami x Kise aren't bad either xD Also, Hyuuga x Teppei, Hyuuga x Izuki, Koga x Mitobe, Kise x Yukio etc. xD As for the hetero ones: Kiyoshi x Riko Hyuuga x Riko Kagami x Riko (Don't ask me why xDDD But they just kinda go together for me xD) Aomine x Momoi Kise x Momoi (This never crossed my mind actually, so tnx -MgZ_ for giving me the idea xDDD) Still, generally speaking, I wouldn't like to see too much romance her (which most likely won't even happen since KnB doesn't seem like that type of series xD). |
| Yeah, almost forget about Hyuuga x Teppei! Another great pairing :D I don't think either, that there will be any romance in the anime/manga besides Momoi's obsession towards Kuroko (though it's said they've gone out to a couple of dates together :DD) Or wait..the other possible romance I can see coming true is HyuugaxRiko..I mean as I saw Hyuuga definietly showed some interest in her..for example there was that little scene when the other saw them as a couple,too while walking together..foreshadowing, maybe..? |

| Taiga/Tetsuya of course. ♥ If they say one is the shadow to the others light, then naturally they have or are going to have some kind of bond. One that can't be ignored or go unnoticed. I believe Taiga will someday see Tetsuya as a really close friend because of that bond. As for Tetsuya... he most likely won't change that much qua personality. Nevertheless, their friendship will evolve into a pretty intimate one, say best friends. And the status 'Best friends' between two boys is always a good starting point for a relationship on a higher level than just friends. 8D But yeah, I do kind of like Ryouta/Tetsuya. That's probably because of Ryouta's affection for him though, and his great looks. He's just asking for it! Other than those two pairings... I don't really have any others I like atm. |

| I am a total fujoshi.. I ship AominexKuroko and TeppeixHyuuga. ^^ They're so cute haha. But I'm a fan of pretty much any combination except for Kagami/Kuroko. For strait couples, I think Hyuuga and Riko are pretty cute, and also Aoimine and Momoi |
| Kuroko IS fujoshi stuff! I really like Takao/Midorima and Kasamatsu/Kise... I also like pairs with Hyuuga sempai: Hyuuga/Izuki, Hyuuga/Kiyoshi... | Yes yes I have my yaoi pairings for KnB of course as a yaoi reader I am XDD First of all: KagamixKuroko FTW for me <3 I like them so much together *-* But also I ship KisexKuroko and AominexKuroko, but not as much as the KagamixKuroko...And I agree Kuroko is good with everyone!!! Also I ship HyuugaxRiko...OMG they are so good with each other.Btw who is Teppei??? And also I don't mind AominexMomoi...Is just that I can't ship Momoi with Kuroko>.< When I see them together, I can't see a ''click'' for them. |

But if I HAVE to ship, I'll ship Kise x Kuroko Aomine x Kuroko Akashi x Kuroko For my current shipping, I ship any GoM member with the current senpai/classmate they're the closest with For hetero pairing, it will be Kuroko x Momoi Hyuga x Riko |

| I don't ship many slash couples anymore, I used to in high school, I guess I grew out of it? But I just can't leave it completely. So yeah I shamelessly ship Kagami/Kuroko it's too cute, I can't help it. As for the poll I'm some where in between the first choice and the last since I only have one ship XD |

| I guess to be a shonen series, all yaoi couples are slightly crack Kagami x kuroko semi-crack? midorima x takao semi-canon? Hyuga x Riko aomine x momoi more recently~ kasamatsu x kise ( I'm still not sure well then I will be the second guy who agrees with the yaoi here but I never agreed when people create irrational couples only that they want ( because they looks hot together!!! ..or things like that.. I've always liked pairings close to the canon or canon and disregard a lot things as GoM x Kuroko Lol.. in fanfics they treated kuroko like a whore ( I'm just stating the reality and I dont like it, because for my friendship is something very important and they sometimes ruin it all But its okay, I have great admiration for the work of fandom in general ~ not misunderstand me |

Kise X Kuro (My ultimate pairing!! ^^) Well, Kuro is really a pure uke in my opinion so everyone is compatible with him.. LOL.. As for non-Kuro pairing, I definitely like: Hyuuga X Kiyoshi Kise X Aomine Kise X Midorima Takao X Midorima and a lot more.. I don't close my doors for Riko and Hyuuga pair though.. ^^ |

I think the majority of Kuroko slashers misinterpret Kuroko as this "ultimate uke" or whatever crap they like to spew. They forget he has a personality, in favor of scratching out who he is and turning him into this paper doll to suit their wish-fulfillment. I have tons of ships for this manga, but my favorites would be: Aomine/Kise Aomine/Kagami Riko/Hyuuga Akashi/Kuroko (I also crack ship Araki/Riko, shhh.) |
