Staff Recruitment



Of course I'm going to need alot of staff members to help me ( and others ) around.
We have two positions: Officer and Admin. I mad ethese to possitions so its easier for members to see who to go to when you need help.
Officers task
Basicly do things for the club that don't include helping mainly: affiliaters, recruiters, Newsletter senders, card delivers and game makers

Admin task
Stuff that do help members + Card makers: difficult to explain, but I need people who know how to work with programs I named earlier, translaters for those who don't understand english very well, and someone who helps me all the time, when im out.

The ammount of people we need might change in the future, depends on how many members we'll have
Positions
Officer
affiliaters: 2
Those who go to another club, and ask to affiliate with us

Recruiters: 2
People who aks friends and random peopel to join this club, but not stalking that would scare the hell out of people ^^

Newsletter senders: 0
People who send out newsletters whenever we have some announcements to make or when new threads have opened

card delivers: 2
People who help cardmakers with delivering cards, whenever they don't have the time to do it themeselves

game makers: 1
People who just come up with games to keep the club active^^

Contests keepers: 0
I want to have a contest from time to time, and these people may come up with themes and all.

Pull keepers: 0
People who keep pulls after contest and perhaps some random pulls where will cards be made of later

Forum Moderators: 3
People who make sure the club is active ( so post themselves in inactive games/threads) and to make sure everyone behaves.

Disigners: 2[Banners/userbars](examples)
I need people who can make banners and stuff for the time being ^^ so we'll never get old! ^^

Admins
Card makers: as many as want(Example + name programms you use)
We will do some random LE/RE/SE's from time to time, and ofcourse card makers may do ramdons cards themselfs ( with notefying me first please ^^),
Also they will help whenver we've reached a goal for a certain ammount of members.

Programm users: As many as want ( name programms)
Peopel who know how to use programms I named earlier ( photosohop,paintshop, gimp, etc) and are willing to help other people by explainging how to use them.

BB-codes + CSS-codes people: as many as they want
I also need people who can explain to others how bb-codes and css-codes work. Some people find that pretty hard

Translators: depends on your language ( language(s) you speak)
People who speak english+ another language so that other people who don't get english very well can get their help to ^^.

Updaters: 0
I need people who can update for example the newsletter signup and most likely in the future claims and stuff ^^

Disigners: 3[Layout](Examples)
For those who just wish to make a layout go ahead ^^ each lay

My extra hands: 1
I need to people who are very often online to help me with settle things, and open topics when Im not there.
Same as a officer they need to make sure people dont use bad language, they may help making cards, they may help with contests in my place if im not there,etc) if you recruit for this task you don't have to recruit for any other its already included
