| According to the cover of Dengeki G's magazine July issue, an original anime "Vivdred Operation" was announced. The director is Takamura Kazuhiro ("Strike Witches"). Takamura will do the character design and the series composition as well. The co-series composer is Yoshino Hiroyuki and the production studio is A-1 Pictures. | Hmm... If this is anything at all like Sora no Woto (AKA: The K-ON clone that turned out to be not quite a K-ON clone, and ended up a bit better than what it was supposedly cloning because of it), then it might be worth watching. Otherwise, I will skip it. The other stuff A-1 and is Yoshino Hiroyuki have done (Fractale, Guilty Crown etc.) isn't very good at all. |

| Can't wait! Strike Witches was awesome and I'm hoping this will be too. Haters gonna hate. Also, it's really dumb to hate a studio just because of the character designs (for a show that's not even out yet!). I would say that A-1 adapted the designs pretty well for TV. In fact, A-1 Pictures is awesome! They're my favorite studio. Always churning out quality entertainment with great animation non-stop. Vivid Red Operation will be no different. |
