Anyone know why its on hiatus or have an idea on when the manga is going to resume?

Something about the illustrator being pregnant.
Didnt see if they publish again, leave for pregnency is only 14 weeks though

I've tried searching the reason why on google, but I can't seem to find it...

I calculated 123 (divided by) 7, and it equals to 17 weeks.

I care, I love this manga, found it by chance ages ago.
Really sucks that its been on hiatus for some time now..
I just hope it actually gets finished. I can think of more than a couple of manga writers/artists who go on hiatus and never end up continuing/finishing their work. xD

I especially hate it when I know that the manga is close to its end.

Because I don't want to wait anymore and see whats the ending x3

The author is pregnant, I checked both her and the illustrator's tweets and I found no news about when they are going to continue, the illustrator recently replied to a fan that Kataoka is pregnant, so I assume she hasn't delivered the baby yet, it will probably take another couple of months before they continue working on Deadman Wonderland.

Oh my Lord, the last volume was released in January. Why this baby was made? lol just kidding. But oh man, that sucks. Don't you hate when someone ruins everyones fun? lolol

I CANNOT wait... damn it, that's the manga that actually made me read manga instead of watching anime. I'm happy for the mangaka and wish her all the best but I really wanna read some new chapters T_T

I might die if they don't continue the manga! Hopefully the illustrator delivers this baby soon lol :P

Because I don't know how people get the announcements or things from the mangaka's twitter.

If she's pregnant then give it a good 9 months/year until the baby is delivered and everything is settled down.
