Someone knows mangá about organ donation? That at least have that element in the story, and are not melodramas?

One of my favorites mangá is With the Light, which is about a mother of an autistic child. I would like to see more mangá like this, if possible with a realistic footprint.
Know some?

Neither must be something like heart's donation.
Simpler procedures such as bone marrow transplant is enough.

Hmm, best I can think of is a small part in Bokurano. It's a bit tougher to probably write something like that as there are only so many organs that someone can give away, y'know?

There's a section in Tokyo Babylon dealing with a little boy who needs a kidney transplant. That's the best I can think of.

I think Breathe Deeply is supposed to deal with some of the ethics of organs and donations. Haven't yet read it myself personally though.
