A bit more information about the staff, courtesy of ANN: Director: Yasuhito Kikuchi (Infinite Stratos, Macross Frontier) Series Script Editor: Masahiro Yokotani (Maria Holic; Steins;Gate, K-ON! scripts) Character Design: Takahiro Kishida (Madoka Magica, Cheburashka Arere?) Character Design/Chief Animation Director: Ryouma Ebata (Blue Exorcist; Welcome to THE SPACE SHOW's animation director's assistant) Animation Production: 8-Bit (Infinite Stratos, Aquarion Evol) Having staff from Macross, IS, Steins;Gate, Madoka, Welcome to the Space Show and Aquarion EVOL makes this really interesting. Moon Angel was fairly decent for a such a short series, let's see what this new staff can do with the franchise. |

Mixed feeling towards the staff, but i guess more on the positive side. I'll just finish the 5-minute shorts and ready to watch this. レッツゴー ED イケイケゴーゴー |

After watching the Shorts I thought that this needed a proper series. |

The ONA was so-so. Not really excited for this. Modified by VioLink, 05-25-12, 6:51 PM |

I'm actually quite interested in seeing how this TV series ends up. Always nice seeing 15 cm tall battle robots fighting it out, and I hope they do that finally in a tournament setting in some way, shape, or form. Hoping people won't compare this to Infinite Stratos....much. Been wanting a Busou Shinki anime since I got into Battle Rondo. Modified by EuroSubstance, 05-24-12, 4:44 PM |

Too many staff members connected to IS. The fights and the girls were okay, but the rest was really weak. I will give it a go though, the OVAs were okay. |

I'll give it a try. That said, I'll check out the ONA series first. I've seen a trailer on ANN, and I am not a fan of the CG which is constantly used. |

I could totally dig some 3S sized units in SRW, so sure. The ONA wasn't bad either! |

I liked the ONA quite a bit, and it'd be nice to see an expanded version of it, so it's pretty likely that I'll be watching this in the Fall, at least. |
