Kiritsugu has been having sex with Maiya in order to make it easier for him to kill his emotions later when he will have to sacrifice Iri.There is no chemistry between them. I'm sorry that's a stupid reason for him to have sex with her lol but I keep calling him kirei instead of kerry i don't know why I picked it up somewhere prob bad subs lol She knows about the affair??!? Man talk about taking advantage of a nice woman. The excuses Kiritsugu has doesn't justify his action whats so ever. Ya he experienced death of the village people and what and became a mercenary but his methods are far to unnecessary.  |

At least he has more reasons than GAYSasuke and Lelouch for what he is doing.  |

That's true the other masters are like him. (minus Waver) When I said taking advantage I was talking about him taking advantage of Iri's good nature. Forget Maiya I know she feels compelled to help Kiritsugu no matter what the affair thing is the only thing that annoys me. If she was such a friend(because basically that's what she is an extremely loyal friend with benefits) she would know he's a married dude that's my only gripe. Kiritsugu whole fantasy after seeing zombies is nothing but a selfish thinking. He's surely not the only one who's stared in the face of death. |

He's actually not taking advantage of Iri's good nature because Irisviel pretty much knows and understands what Kiritsugu is doing. She accepts that because she doesn't want Kiritsugu to be too attached to her. And she knows that Kiritsugu does love her and Illya. That's all she needs.That's why Kotomine comments As a child, I was told that society is a melting pot of talents; knowledge and experience combined to form important alloys that will contribute to mankind. When I got to highschool, however, I thought that it's more like a river in which the water represents our peers while we ourselves are the stones in the river. I do agree for sure like I said before everyone takes things differently. It's his ideal and the way he does it is what I think disturbs me the most but he was made to seem as a broken character and in that aspect its done perfectly. I just can't get over the sex with friend thing to get over killing Iri that's just something to hard to come to terms with. Again the series does it justice on that aspect as well . If he truly wanted to be heartless he just shouldn't have married her simple. Then he could use her as a sacrifice without feeling a thing. No such thing as love at first site so if he had avoided getting emotionally involved with her this could have been avoided. If he honestly thought of her sacrifice for some time then he could have avoided this. Unless he discovered the truth after they were married. Even then just break up with her. Wow ... I didn't see that coming, surprised that Maiya got killed like that. Although somehow I feel like it wasn't Rider who did it, I mean it isn't completely out of his character but I feel that his master would never let him kill a human like that ... or perhaps Rider's master is currently being held hostage so the task was either kidnap Irisviel or Kidnap Saber's master (since Rider is still operating under the assumption that Irisviel is Saber's master)      |

Woah. With all the talk between Maiya and Iri I was expecting a death but after Iri gave up Avalon I was totally shocked that it was Miaya that died. O_O The ending actions didn't seem like something Rider would do?  |

I don't get this about Kariya: if he hates his dad so fucking much and I understand his dad probably has some crazy magic on him so he wouldn't be able to take him 1v1 but why didn't he just kill his dad right then and there when they summoned Berserker? shouldn't be that huge of a deal. And wouldn't it have fulfilled the wish he wanted of the grail as well? tsk tsk type moon this show is the swiss cheese of anime.  |
