Mother's Day episode with Miyuki being unsure what to give her mother after she fails at simple chores, lol.

Best looking mom in the franchise?



I think so. :D

I could argue with that best looking - Hibiki's mom from Suite is still my favorite so far (but also in terms of personality).

But it looks like Miyuki is still cursed - or that may be her version of "luck"

I liked the fight... it looked like a fight with few nice moments and without that "stop all Precure except one" thing that we saw before
it helped a lot :)

next episode Reika... good I hope they'll show more things about her

This episode made me feel so good. Next week is a Reika episode, they sort of skipped over her so it's good that they are going back.

One thing's been bothering me: Wolfrun dodged attacks from 2 Precures, and he seems like a decent fighter. Why doesn't he just attack them TOGETHER with the Akanbe?

I asked that same question watching Heartcatch.

The monster's beaten, the Cures are worn out, why not jump in? But noooo. It's always "I'll deal with you next time!" Then they do that villainous teleportation thing. They only started actually joining into the fights once Cure Sunshine joined.

It makes much less sense with Smile because we have a full roster of five Cures already. It's getting a little too easy to incapacitate all but the one Cure the episode focuses on. Oh well, it's a kids show so let's just enjoy it for what it is.

Nice Mother's Day episode. Too bad I was away on a trip so I had to watch it a week after the day you're "supposed to" watch it. It started like the "bad luck" episode, and ended with a "it's the thought that counts" message.



That's a common pattern in magical girl shows. The bad guys prefer summoning monsters to do the dirty work for them, and retreat when the monster is defeated.

Because they don't want him to be defeated so he can stay the entire series, that's why.

I liked how the original series and Splash Star had the villains hang around for a few eps, and then politely die off so the next on line took their place, thus giving a sense of progression. Instead, they decided that being like MaX Heart and having 40+ episodes of no progress is better. Toei!

It was a nice Mother's day episode. Miyuki's a terrible at house chores, with hilarious results. Never expect to see the girls fighting wolfrun even though he never fought back.

And I thought I'll never saw red nosed akanbes again, until thhis episode.

To be fair, Sasorina did attack Cure Blossom first time they met. But she was interrupted.

Miyuki's mom is the nicest mother in the world.

I envy her.

The villain's reasons for doing a bad end is getting more ridiculous each episode: "Presents!? I don't like them. Bad end now!" and I swear Miyuki's reaction faces are getting creepier haha.

I thought Sunny and March were awesome in fighting Wolfrun hand to hand, that's why they're my favourites. I do wonder why Wolf returned to using the Red Akanbe's though, surely that makes things easier for the Precure.
