I don't know how this is even possible because the only external image i've used on my list (and manga list) is the background, and it is fine.

looking at your list's code, I see these two image links:

http://i50.tinypic.com/opxow9.jpg

the 2nd one is the one that isn't working. I'd do a ctrl f on the image code to find that image and change it.

You have two images, the background and then this:

<pre>.category_totals,
.td1,
.td2,
#grand_totals,
#copyright {
background-image:url(http://i50.tinypic.com/opxow9.jpg);
border-width:0;
padding:2px;
}

You have specified a background image for the table rows (.td1 and .td2), the category totals (which say for example TV: 12, OVA: 0, ....), grand totals (same thing at the bottom), and copyright (the thing at the very bottom).

I'm having the same exact problem with my list. It just suddenly happened last night and I didn't even change pics or anything. Can you check and tell me what the heck is going on, please?

You are all using the same layout template (including images) from a club. There's already a topic for how to fix this problem in this club:

Thank you for directing me to the correct fix. My apologies for not finding on my own. Your assistance is greatly appreciated, though. :)

Came here to complain about the same thing, but I don't remember using any other pictures than background, I did the rest simply by changing for example blabla "color" "red" to blalbal "color" "black" and other setting did in the same way except background, which is still there... :D

Layouts often include more than only the background image. There are images for the table headers, table background, etc. Take a look at the code you're currently using, there are lots of png and jpg images. They are all hosted on tinypic and when they are removed or the traffic limit is exceeded they will disappear.

So if you use a premade layout please remember the club or person you got it from. The original creator can help you best because they know their code.

Yeah I noticed and fixed everything... Since I am using premade layout right now I know where I got it. I am working on my own so I don't get these problems and even if this happens again I'll know what to do instead of searching forum :D

My list background just vanished. I checked it on Photobucket and it's still there and the Advanced CSS editor shows the right image, but no image. All the other imaged hosted on Photobucket are fine. It was fine for over a week until about 10-15 minutes ago. HELP!!!!

I can see your background. You could try reloading your browser.

it's working for me

Edit: looks like I've been Ninj'd. Anyway you can also try another browser, my background had some problems on chrome but it has none on Firefox, so, try changing the browser, works like magic.

I'm already on Firefox. And...I just reloaded it and I still don't see my background image. Why would everyone else see it and not me? It worked for over a week until today.

I'm using Chrome right now, so you can try Chrome? My BG problem is minor so I checked that it's working and just continued using Chrome, give it a shot, it's better than Firefox imo. Or you can , well, (pretend I didn't say anything if you didn't like the suggestion) use Internet Explorer...?

Edit: You can also simply try re-uploading the picture and put the new BG's link in the "Advanced Style CSS Editor" in "My List Style", you can use tinypic.com for uploading images.

I don't see it on Chrome either.

I guess I was late in my edit. I just remembered that I faced a problem like this before where other people saw my BG while I didn't. What I did was simply re-uploading the same picture and changing the link in the "Advanced Style CSS Editor" with the new link, and it worked for me, it'll probably work for you too (hopefully). You can try tinypic.com for uploading images, or another site if you have any.

Yeah, I did the same thing...I even renamed the picture just to make it different from anything else I had on Photobucket. I then used the same method on CSS editor and that worked. I can see the picture now. Seems weird, maybe it's sunspots? LOL
