Spoiler!! I just finished watching this anime and I did enjoy it. The thing I loved was the way Irie treated Kotoko. Irie set the bar so low with kindness that If Irie just kissed Kotoko she would celebrate. It was really realistic in my opinion. Did anyone else learn something different? |

I didn't really learn anything from it. Fantastic watch though. I suppose if I did learn something it probably was learning how to enjoy Shoujo animes more. Being a guy it can be pretty hard to connect with these romance animes put in the girl's perspective however animes like this and Kimi ni Todoke pretty much changed my mind. I mean it still is pretty tough to connect with especially with reverse harems and other shoujos that are decent at best but nevertheless it made me more open to them. Hoping to find another gem like this or Kimi ni Todoke! ![]() It's easy to compliment someone that you'll never envy, but even easier to try and tear down someone who's better than you. |

The only thing that I learn that I find Kotoko a good influence to me. She's not the type to give up, whether in school or love. Anyone can do anything as long as they put their minds to it. It's a lesson that applies in real life: never give up |
