Everyone in NC should elope and then get a divorce the next week then get married again then get another divoce and just keep doing it to show how well straight people can ruine the (delusional sense of) "sanctity of marriage" themselves.

who cares. It's not like marriage mean anything anyway.

Pretty much this ^, the way i see it, people that are anti-gay marriage, are whining about something that they themselves hold little value in, until it is brought up in situations like this. It's like when a spoiled little kid gets a toy. He will like it for a few days, but afterwards, he will stop caring for it and, eventually, ignore it completely. But, the second you try to take it from him, and give it away to some other kid, that would actually appreciate it, he starts crying cause he still wants to keep it. You can take it how you want, but it seems that these people are simply trying to hold onto the past, and care little about others.

I could care less what happens to gay marriage. If it gets approved over the U.S., congrats to them, maybe the divorce rate percentage will drop for a few years, and the next batch of people in the "morally unaccepted" line can take their shot at the government for equality. If it stays banned, oh well, you can still continue loving, and kissing, and f******* to your hearts content, u just can't put a ring on it, and you will know that you still live in a country governed by a lot of bags, filled with douches.

I do wish some of you would stop thinking that your "opinion" is everyones opinion.

If marriage isn't for you than that's fine and I wish that you find your own happiness, but even though I'm not religious at all, I've been dreaming about my wedding day since I was young, I can't wait to meet the person I want to spend my life with and get married.

Unless i say "it's a fact" everything i say is my opinion and mine alone. So i will say what i want and you can keep dreaming without any worries.

According to the bible and Christianity, Christians should love everyone and treat them the same, regardless of how they are.

Well, you just came across as being like "This is whats true and everyone else is wrong" in that specific post.

This shows how amazing and horrible human perception is.

i like their aversion to homosexuality while beastiality seems to be a common occurrence in some states
As a child, I was told that society is a melting pot of talents; knowledge and experience combined to form important alloys that will contribute to mankind. When I got to highschool, however, I thought that it's more like a river in which the water represents our peers while we ourselves are the stones in the river. Constant erosion by mindless majority sheeping has made us lose our unique edge. After I hit the age of 18, I realized that I've been wrong all along. Society is no melting pot. Society is no river. Society is a person, a very skilled rapist, and he has fucked us all.

When the internet takes over, there will be no emotion left in communication. Run for the hills.

I was mostly joking, although there is truth to that claim as well. I heard, in Japan oddly enough, that a bunch of social studies have turned up negative results regarding young people's social skills and ability to form/maintain relationships. Believed to be the result of the transition away from face-to-face communication.

Some states do not have a specific law, but if caught will charge you with animal cruelty. A lot of the laws for zoophilia are getting repealed because they are ruled unconstitutional based on privacy issue's. Still though these two issues are not similar. Now, if they allowed you to marry animals, then a connection could be made, or if sex between homosexuals were made illegal, so I'm not understanding the point you're attempting to make. Also, I'd be interested to hear what you think a "common occurrence" is, as I've never seen anything that led me to believe it was common.
