Seeing as how it's only so obviously silly to English-speakers, and given that they're Japanese people creating a Japanese manga/anime for a Japanese audience, it's honestly not that ridiculous (the wordplay is very clear when you write it in Japanese). The pun just gets lost, and the meaning totally changes, when you try to render it in an English equivalent. BUY YUYUSHIKI BDS ALL DAY EVERY DAY |

Honestly I thought it was going to be about futa's or something or people getting sex changes. ..But now I get the title. "MAN" from "manga" and "girl" just because they're girls. MANGIRL.  |
