It never fails to amaze me why someone doesn't just grab a gun and shoot there enemy without them ever knowing.... But of course they have to fight head on... Stupidity runs wild in these types of manga.

First Pandora's are made for fighting against NOVA not with other humans so yeah they don't carry guns. this conflicts weren't in the plan, also a gun is useless against a Pandora. They have supernatural abilities that allow them to move at amazing speeds and weapons that don't even get a scratch from a bullet. They can easily avoid or just stop the shot with their weapon. Not to mention their healing powers makes them able to need a killing shot in the head for them to be stopped completely.

You comment about guns is a lot better fitted for some other manga's and animes that seem a lot more stupid for not using one.

you can't dodge what you don't know what's coming. And you could still use the gun on there limiter.

In a general way it lowers yourself and your enemy to act like that.
Which means more than the result, the way things are done is important,
I think you could trace that back to the "never lose face" stance.

They have absolutely no use for guns...The only people who would have guns would be the regular military or gangs on the road. I think I remember some guy on the road having a gun in Charles' flashback...but it was insignificant. A bullet piercing a pandora is probably a little more painful than a bee sting. They would hurt a limiter but they wouldn't die because they still have some regenerating abilities. But once again...who would have guns in this fight to begin with?? I dont even think there is a regular army anymore but idk..

The limiter is with the Pandora, you can't kill him that easily. And what to you mean can't dodge when you don't know it's coming? Are you suggesting someone sniping a Pandora? Why the hell would anyone do that? Pandora's are precious weapons against NOVAS they ain't the enemy of the regular army or anything like that, why the hell would anyone try to shoot them?
The only sense your comment about guns makes is for a Pandora to use one against another during a fight but that's stupid considering their abilities, their lack of gun training and the fact that fighting each other was never in the plan. even if they get in a fight and they have a gun since fights between Pandora's are nothing but personal disputes of the moment any use of a gun will happen in an obvious gang style way and not in a secret assassination snipping kind of way. Besides they don't have guns there is no reason for them to have guns. Guns are useless against a NOVA and their purpose is to fight NOVA, so where the hell would they get a gun and why even bother when they have such amazing abilities.
As you see there are tons of reasons why a gun appearing in this events makes no much sense.

In some they don't but in a lot they do. You see henchmen use them but never the main enemies.

One of my favorite examples has to be Toaru Majutsu no Index. The bad guys are STUPID to no end.

Now you are getting smarter. Now that's a good example where the lack of using a gun is truly stupid. Not Freezing.

Why not Freezing? Taking out the limiter of an opponent before fighting them would give you a HUGE advantage.

Ok now it's getting irritating, am talking Latin or something. What part of the above explanations didn't you get?
