Talk about horrible taste.
The legal age of consent in Japan is 13, so shota is totally legal in Japan. In some western countries shota might be considered child porn.

A couple of the first few top manga slots aren't a surprise.

But I'm glad CSR is in the top 5 for Light Novels.

Why? It's been the fourth best selling manga series for the past two years, it's newest volume came out last week, and it's newly released volumes getting first place when not having it's sales count split by a special edition is not uncommon.

Never understood the hype for fairy tail, but then again, I haven't tried it yet. Regardless, Japan has been shown to have bad taste IMO.

ITT: Opinions and quote pyramids

DxD getting a boost in LN sales, anime is selling well and we got T&A with a decent plot to boot. Everybody wins. Except people who hate the genre I guess...
Season 2 when?

That means every show is well-written just because it has fans.

People like a series and they have the right to, still the series can be total shit in story-telling. Like Fairy Tail here.

Yet you gave bleach a 10/10.
While there are only 3 major differences between the two...
1. One has very bad fillers(usually between arcs)
2. One's main characters(excluding the protagonist) never getting any reasonable spotlight
3. One still has a vast amount potential

You mean:"... some mangas which I think are good"

People always trying to label your favorite mangas as "real good ones" and the favorites of other people as "the bad ones". The quality of animes/mangas are entirely subjective.

Most/all of the WSJ volumes got released over the past two weeks to make sure they don't face problems during Golden Week.
