Surprise how far they managed to go within around 10 minutes. 200 floors (elevator) + distance between the tower and Wing's house.

Pretty sure they're just in Wing's room that's also in the tower since he's helping one of the Heaven's Arena participants. x)

Nope. If you go through the episode again, after Hisoka's appearance you see the house where Wing resides. Pretty sure no room for Wing in the tower as he doesn't seem to be participating in any fight.

Quite happy with how they handled Nen in this version, it felt nowhere near as dull as I remember. Looking forward to the rest.
"Hello. I came to talk. I've been thinking lately. About you and me. About what's going to happen to us, in the end. We're going to kill each other, aren't we? Perhaps you'll kill me. Perhaps I'll kill you. Perhaps sooner. Perhaps later. I just wanted to know that I'd made a genuine attempt to talk things over and avert that outcome. Just once. Are you listening to me? It's life and death I'm discussing here. Maybe my death... maybe yours. I don't fully understand why ours should be such a fatal relationship, but I don't want your murder on my... hands..."

Oh yeah, Hisoka is BADASS there!

Hisoka is always badass!! XD He's one of the best antagonists ever!!!

By the way, it's funny that it's an action manga but in 28 episodes it didn't have a real fight yet! XD

Nen looks pretty much like haki in one piece, but more explained! =)

The explanation of Nen wasn't so confusing here. In fact, it was rather simple. Either I didn't pay attention the first time around, or it was the previous adaptation's fault. In any case, it gets more complicated and interesting later on in the series.

Something else I missed, unless, again, it was because of the previous adaptation: Hisoka's motivations. In a way he's helping Gon and Killua by preventing them from accessing the 200th floor. Without Nen they would be completely screwed. So, hey, they should thank Hisoka. =)

Anyway, just adds another layer to Hisoka's mystique.

Great episode 5/5

The part with Wing showing his killing intent was awesome.
Here we understand how Hisoka can kill with playing cards.
Hisoka is back. :D
I liked Nen's explanation.

Killua: "let's go!"
Gon: "I don't wanna go any further"

I love how they make Killua feel like the leading character who calls the shot with Gon being the one backing out. Not the typical ballsy character who would overcome the aura and make it to the reception desk.

In fact, after Gon saw Hisoka, Gon was walking more easily than Killua

Awesome episode.
His explanation about the power is cool. Interesting that Hisoka prevents them from going into the hall.

Oh Hisoka, you're everywhere now! Things are getting more and more interesting now with the Nen powers, I wonder if Wing is one of the floor masters.
"To say that nothing is true, is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. To say that everything is permitted, is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with their consequences, whether glorious or tragic." - Ezio Auditore, Assassin's Creed Revelations.

All the different parts of Nen are a lot easier to understand after watching the first anime. Was pretty confusing when it was first introduced.

omg when the teacher threw the paper into the wall i felt very validated because ive been complaining about hisoka's lame ass cards this whole time ("they're just cards! how the hell are they lethal!") and now its not a weird illogical thing but rather a part of the nen system
