More severe training for harder battle begins. There are 6 people. The girl's brother (+ BL and photo love girl and guy with glasses) vs. the guy (+ the girl and green hair girl). The girl's brother is trying if the guy is worth the guy to protect his sister, but Amata is losing because of sunglass guy's power of making objects "weak", Fujoshi's power of making object rot, and The girl's brother's future sense power.

Amata doesn't want to lose to destiny. Now is important. Green hair girl confessing, but the enemy attacked that both of them didn't hear. Then she finally did. Everyone's blushing. Then Amata's Aquarion is shining from her love, Amata's agitation, and the girl's jealousy. Then the vision from the previous series (going across the time). Then Amata's Aquarion won, and both aquarions survived.

Amata, from seeing the vision, thought Apollon looks like Kagura.

ED is the same as previous ep., so it's the official ED2.

Swimming suits ep. next ep.?

amata open your eyes man. really. zessica was just too awesome. also, apollo and silvia. gaaaahhh. i loved this episode.

Zessica's love for Amata powers up Amata and his Aquarion. So...? What does that mean? Amata and Zessica are another pair, Mikono and Kagura are some other pair? Amata-Zessica have now powered up each other (first episode, this episode) and Kagura has gotten a power-up from Mikono. Only Mikono hasn't really gotten a direct power-up from anyone aside from Fudo...

...Unless getting electrocuted in Ep.5/6 was a power-up for Mikono?

i hear what you say and i am worried. damn don't do it kawamori. don't troll apollo and silvia.

I'm confused. When did Amata power up Zessica? And it seems that Zessica's love power went straight to Aquarion since Amata didn't do anything to initiate that Mugen punch. When it happened he looked pretty confused.

No. getting electrocuted doesn't count as a power up.

I don't really have much to say about this episode other than the fact that Mikono and Yunoha have a really cute friendship. :) and Malloy screen time is always WIN. It looks like we're getting more of him next episode.

I'm actually surprised that they showed scenes from the previous series. Sylvia is pretty violent compared to this series heroines. The only person I find her similar to is MIX. None of the other girls punch their love interests. :P

On to next week! Swim suit episode~! I really want to see Mikono in her swim suit. They purposely kept it from showing in the preview! Darn them! :P

Zessica's swim suit looks no different from her regular clothes. :P I'm hoping that next episode she'll start acting like her genki self again instead of somehow switching personalities with Mikono. She looked pretty despressed about her confession at the end of the episode. Maybe because it caused Aquarion to act out on it's own?

No Kagura for whole episode. Trully best episode since 3 weeks.

Haha, I have to agree with this. I like his character and all, but I was getting tired of him and his failed kidnappings. Can't take him seriously when you already know he's gonna fail. Looks like next episode will be Kagura-free too.. Yip yip!

even after looking at the flashbacks if people still really think kagura is apollo just cause they look similar you can expect trolling from hell for believing it.

I really hope they switch that ED out. For 1-2 episodes it's ok but not for the rest of the series.

Confession:

I don't ship AmataxMikono, before anyone thinks so, but the truth is, Amata feels nothing for Zessica. Her confession was beautiful, but his response was the worst possible. I feel so sorry for her... He may change how he feels about her, but I don't think that happens. In the end he only thinks about Mikono.


Reincarnations:

Mikono, she has the power acquired by Silvia at the end of Sousei, the connection, and this power is extremely important, anyone who has seen the first series know it. If she isn't Silvia, so the question is, how she acquired such power?

Zessica always reminded me of Silvia in his strength. Silvia was extremely strong. Well, in the OVA she used the distortion power a lot. But Fudo never gave a shit for her, at no time in these 15 episodes, but he gave much attention to Amata and Mikono. If her is even Silvia, her character needs to be worked much more from now on, otherwise it will be too weird =/

Mikono and Zessica hasn't personality of Silvia.


Kagura, he has quite the personality of Apollo more than Amata. It would be ridiculous in the end he was something false, no sense if that happen. And there's the question everyone knows, the smell and the promise that Apollo made for Silvia in Sousei, he would never forget the smell of her. I don't think everything in EVOL is trolling...

Amata, he is the biggest unknown for me, he has no trace of Apollo, but has the wings of the sun, and this is a great fact. I really don't know who the hell is he... maybe Apollonius.

i disagree about zen not caring about zessica. he was the one who screamed suki at the top of his lungs like zess. he might not have focused on her because he always knew zessica would do the right thing. i agree that amata does not like zess and is focused on destiny and mikono however silvia obsessed about her oni-sama just as much as amata does with mikono.

for all we know amata's infatuation with mikono could be like silvia's with sirius.

So your saying Silvia = Amata and Zessica = Apollo? o.o

If not then I don't see how Silvia's crush on Sirius's has anything to do with Amata's crush on Mikono. They are completely different people.

In other words, I don't really see your point.

Whether Kagura is Apollo or not, I dont care. The guy deserves some happiness.

Best episode of the whole season was the previous one and all thanks to Kagura with his amusing speech. Amata should give a chance to Zessica and Mikono to Kagura. To Hell with reincarnations or not, dont care. What I want is good couples and Amata x Mikono are definitely not one.

I'm just as confused as you are but I know one thing for certain. Since this episode implies that the visions that Kagura and Zessica saw are most likely false. I'm 100% sure that Mikono has to be the reincarnation of SOMEONE from the past series. There are two major instances where it certainly implies this:

1. Fudo's " You havn't changed" comment hinting that he's familiar with her past life.

2. In this episode, Mikono is actually familiar with the people shown from the past series.(Apollo, Sylvia, and Touma) While the only person Zessica and Amata could recognize was the person who obviously looks like Fudo.

I'm betting that she's either Sylvia or Apollo.

1. She has Sylvia's connection powers, and when she started to show her feistyness to Fudo it reminded him of a certain someone. (I'm betting on Sylvia)

2. While watching the Skies Of Aquaria movie and Amata and Mikono start flying in the air while clips of the movie are playing right behind them, the roles are actually gender flipped. With Amata flying in Sylvia's spot while Mikono is in Apollo's.

Heck, I'm not sure. But I'm sure that she has to be a reincarnation!

Not really sure about Amata, Kagura, and Zessica though. I think that Amata and Kagura are two sides of the same coin and both openings imply this aswell. I also still believe that Mikono and Alicia are somehow connected. Zessica is still a mystery for me though, the most obvious answer would be that she's somehow connected to Sylvia or maybe even Reika.

I have to say I'm loving the music but the animation during the op is kinda disappointing. It's not revealing anything new - playing some old clips - kinda like a fan made MAD.

I loved how Zessica confessed to Amata - that's right Mikono, she confessed to him. I hate how Mikono grabbed Amata and was like "AMATA-KUN!?" I mean wtf. She has Kagura yet she still wants Amata.

Oh and how nostalgic it was to see APollo and slivia again! I personally prefer Toma's VA or Mykage.... sounds less annoying.

The way Zessica was going on about it was all her fault and her friends could all have died at the end just reminded me of Reika. Maybe since Silvia and Reika made up and became friends at the end their souls have merged? Silvia's power and Reika's soul?

Hmm.... I think I'll add my two cents right now. Remember when Mykage first appeared in front of Fudo and was talking about how long it's been since the two had met. Mykage stated that it had been 24,000 years and not 12,000 years. Taking the aquarion measurement of 12,000 being one whole generation of reincarnations, it means that two generations of reincarnations have taken place. Aquarion Evol's generation is 2 generations after Sousei no Aquarion's generation. Therefore, when people try to make direct correlations to Evol's generation to Sousei's, not everything matches up because there is that gap generation that was never fully explained. I think that generation will slowly unravel itself and the answers will come to us, but I also think that this just Kawamori's plan on continuing to troll us until the end lol.

i think zessica realizes herself the destruction she caused by saying suki however zen didn't look like he was angry about it. infact he was happy about it and even screamed along side with her. the actual destruction of the place reminds me of when apollo's power destroyed a town back in ep 2 or 3 of the first series.
