Will keep watching. what the hell Medaka doing here? it's a completely different genre. And it's shit, anyway, Gainax can't do anything good these days They are both WSJ manga which got anime adaption this spring, that's why it's here. like I said, Medaka is shit. Kuroko is the only normal anime of the season |

He makes his team better by facilitating his teammates good shots. He has a role, and he takes advantage of it, and in turn, it makes his teammates better. You don't have to be Michael Jordan on the court in order to play well. He missed an OPEN lay-up. I'm sorry, but you don't have to be Michael Jordan in order to make one of those. Who cares...I wouldn't be losing any sleep at night at the fact he can't shoot, but he can make every other player on the team shoot damn good. Good enough for me. |

I'm completely caught up on the manga and this adaptation is fucking amazing. I'll be sad if it's only a 12 or 13 episode anime. This was the anime I was anticipating the most for this season. Period. And it did not disappoint. Can't wait to see Kuroko use And hopefully they animate far enough to show Kuroko learn Oh, and as other people have said in this discussion, the music was fucking awesome too. The OP and the song that played during the game against the 2nd years were standouts for me. |

I rarely try sports anime so I don't know what to expect but I certainly didn't think there would be supernatural abilities... and over dramatic narrations XD... Well, at least I can say it gave me a good laugh. Perhaps I'll enjoy better the next episodes now that I know not to take this seriously. |

It's an area of his game that he should improve on in order to be a good player. It doesn't matter if he's a good passer. Once the opposing team realize that he doesn't have a jump shot, not even a lay-up for that matter, they will not put any pressure in defending him and they can easily double team any other player on his team denying them the ball. It's a double edged sword really. Now, once he does develop an offensive game (Hell, once he learns how to DRIBBLE the ball), then he'll be a legit good player. Which I hope he does. He IS the main character after all. I'm hoping that the time comes that he'll have to either make an impossible pass off the dribble or a clutch shot to win the game. |

Much better than expected. A positive light to a bunch of "shitty" anime this season. Thumbs up. |

Awesome ! my favorite first episode this season for now ! I liked both Kuroko and Taiga .. especially Kuroko impressive animation for passing and "catchy" music that is very suited to this type of anime Can't wait to see the other "generation of miracles" players already ! opening was really great too : ) |

To be honest, i hesitated a little in starting this sow. I mean, how can Basketball be interesting at all? im more into the fantasy stuff. But im glad i did end up watching it. The artork was amazing, and it has it's funny parts too. Im also left curious about the character's backstory. Why is kuroko a so called, "Shadow"? And Kuroko/Kagami is now my new OTP of this show :D |

Seeing the OP with Kise, Midorima and *gasp* Aomine, I'm pretty sure this would be 2-cour or long running. Can't wait to see them face off with the GoM. |

I've been waiting really unpatiently for this ever since I've read the manga <3 The first episode was awesome, I love everything (the animation, art, voices, OP & ED) <3<3<3 I think everything was completely the same as in the manga as far as I can remember ^^ I really hope this will be a long one ^^ Even though I know what happens next, I can't wait for the next episode <3<3<3 |

I see where this is going :) Very good first ep, I will continue watching. 5/5 Only thing that's hard about watching another Basketball anime is that I can't cheer for Shohoku anymore :') |
