I would say it's because people just got into MMA, but GSP is one of the most recognizable faces in MMA today. Now that Brock is gone, GSP is once again their biggest PPV draw, so it's not that Jones is more popular..cause we all know he isn't a fan favorite. I think people buy Jones PPV's to see him lose (I know I do :D!). Guess GSP has a lot to prove with his eventual title defense against Condit. A finish will do wonders for GSP's faulting reputation.

GSP spinning headkick KO you heard it here first xD.

Condit won't beat him, I can pretty much guarantee that

I really hope not. I will be rooting for GSP more than I ever have, and I'm usually against GSP in his outings.

..Spinning head kick. That's too risky, no way GSP would even consider throwing that.

I'm for GSP in his outings except if he faced Diaz or Ellenberger then i'd be against him.

You never know the injury could make him want to destroy his opponents when he returns with a statement.

We can only hope :/ .. I'd really like to see him cap off his fights with statement KO's and Subs. He's a walking highlight reel whenever he wants to be... he carries his opponents too much, it's time to put people away again.

Well if anything the future Diaz fight will make him want to put him away.

I'm hoping for the best, it works alot of the time :L. Though GSP vs Condit they will both have a bit of ring rust so have to see how they cope with that

I have very little reason to believe that GSP could finish Diaz. Diaz is just too durable.

I know, but maybe we'll see GSP be more aggressive who knows? besides the only way to stop diaz is grind on him or cuts

I mean, GSP has the potential to be aggressive, but it takes more than aggression to finish Nick Diaz. If GSP stops Diaz on a cut, I wouldn't be impressed in the least. That is nearly the worst way to win. Except in the case of Penn-Sanchez, in which case the cut was the least of the worries Sanchez faced that night.

You need a sledgehammer to finish Nick Diaz let's put that way. That would a crappy way to win, that's why Diaz really didn't like KJ Noons because he won by cuts and not beating him as being the better fighter. Sanchez got his ass kicked in that fight, I think the cut was a relief for him against Penn, if BJ penn was like that still today who knows where he would be.
