YES THE SERIES RESTARTED! So I checked out RAW.

VERY COOL START! Kumo apparently is poor like in the anime "Binbou Shimai Monogatari" Probably a parody when they play that scene.

I some GOOD NEWS and some BAD NEWS. Good news is the city is not all destroyed. Bad news is the whole school is (actually IT IS ONLY A BIG CRATER AND YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS!) a big crater like ma meteor struck there.

LOL at Kuma's panties...she is poor that her panties for the first time (I SWEAR) made me feel she really is POOR! Well she started the whole challenge so naturally she should pay for it. Good thing the maids are with her all the way.

LOL at how Penguin fixes things with a New building. Everyone is back again..Etorofu, Cha-chi and of course Sebastien!

LOOKING FORWARD TO #13.

Yes, i must say i was pretty excited when ep 12 came out and i was like "this is F***ing AWESOME!!!" can't wait to see whats next.

I hope the entire second part won't be as bad as this episode. It was quite boring.

Finally it is here, and I love it. Great episode. I was already worried the city was gone in the last episode, but luckily it wasn't that much.

Can't wait for the next episode:D

So the penguin is back. Kinda boring episode, the rebuild of the city was funny ^^

Right. But this is actually not a beginning. We just called it that because of the break in the airing schedule. Also the story continued from the last episode so no matter how I see it, it was another boring episode right in the middle. I can't see this anime getting a somewhat good score from me by the end. :/

I just want to add, that I am going to watch #13 so I get to go partying with anime characters in some big tower! Yay!

Seems the enemy is some kind of ninjas type and 10 billion yen people is about 100 millions dollars. O_O nasty fine but right on the realistic cost of the damage done.

Gah, even though this episode was kinda lack-luster, I was just excited to have it back. I missed it.

Well... new ED was definitely the best part of this episode.

The qualities of this epi notwithstanding, I'm happy the silly, stupid, retarded fun this series has been so far is back.

I loved this episode it was not as stupid as the others, the birthday party for Mary was so sweet, I love her so much. I hope that the new bad guy will be cool.
