I knew it was coming, it was comfirm last year, and one the most popular ecchi manga in Japan, latest manga sold 350,000 in over 3 weeks, and the series will increase ALOT when this anime airs... ps hope it 24 episodes...

Its a popular Shonen Jump series, so this shouldn't really be a surprise. Granted, Darkness isn't Shonen Jump itself (but its monthly version due to more extreme content), but its still got the existing Jump fanbase.

I just hope it isn't TV series. It has to be OVA. Free of censorship. BD quality. Otherwise, it would be blasphemy for Yabuki's god-like censorship-evading and moe&sexy-at-the-same-time characters drawing skills. Anime is inferior to manga (both seasons and OVA), and Darkness is much better than original TLR. I hope they''ll manage to create something worthy of being called To LOVE-Ru: Darkness.
Oh well, i'm pretty sure it'll get a TV series later, depending on how well the OVA sells.
Still conflicting reports. Here's one pointing toward TV series.
Hopefully the one saying its a TV series is the one that is correct. It would be fully release and even uncensored released before all the OVAs are released. OVAs tend be released one episode once a month or ounce every two months and sometimes longer assuming there its even a mufti-episode OVA series.
