Do you think the ending scene quote, "And the story moves from spring to summer...", hints to the upcoming Inu x Boku SS Special in September?

Yea! I was wondering about that! A part of me really wanted a second season ;-;

Me too. It was a short, cute little story and the ending was very romantic and sweet.

I also loved seeing Ririchiyo all flustered like that

i loved the ending it ws awsome, yet still expeckting second season cause manga doesnt stop at that poin yet translated one is still ongoing even thought in japan its not so realy would wana see what happens next ^^

Yeah I was wondering about that too..It had a great ending but I'd love to see a second season if the manga continues!

The anime has a really nice ending so I don't think a second season is necessary however a few ova's or specials are always welcomed in my eyes.

I originally thought there might be a second season because they sort of rushed everything to the end, and that made me think it might be true. But because they wrapped it up so neatly it may just be hinting at the special. I hope they do, from what I know about the manga, a lot more happens.

things REALLY heat up in the manga. However we aren't that far into the arc yet (it's a pretty long arc as I can see) so I think they're probably waiting for the mangaka to finish the current manga arc before animating it. If they make a second season at all anyway.
