| In the novel, for the class of 1998, there were 15 deaths. There were 20 deaths in the anime. Who knows where they got the 10 from, maybe 10 were killed (murdered) and the other 10 died in "accidents". MAJOR SPOILER - LIST OF DEATHS: |

| I can answer that! They means the "98 other" was killed in 96. First time they saw the list, it was "changed/corrupted" since she was back as the "other" That's what changed in 96 register when they check it at ending ;) |
