Strike while the iron is hot... I guess. Although I also think it's a bit too early for an anime, I guess a little more advertisement in form of an anime won't hurt. I'm pretty sure the award is part of the reason why an anime is now on it's way. Way to go Arakawa-sensei, I like Silver Spoon and I'm glad to hear so many great news. ![]() |

It'll probably be filler ridden, but whatever. Should be good. ![]() |

Yes. Yes. Yes! I think they should wait until the manga is finished, though. But the anime was only announced, since the manga is weekly, maybe it'll end before the anime airs or along with the anime like Fullmetal Alchemist. We're at autumn arc and the story will probably end with winter arc, I guess? I remember a news that said that Silver Spoon was planned to be short. 4-5 volumes is about right for 12 episodes long anime. Modified by Qashqai, 03-26-12, 10:02 AM |

Guess all we can do is wait and see what happens. ![]() "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16 My Youtube | The Underrated Anime Club |

Yuumihara said: belatkuro said: I'm...terribly conflicted. On one hand, getting an anime means it's popular enough. It's a great manga by Arakawa. Unique as well. On the other, there's only 34 freaking chapters around. Anime producers should really wait until it gathered more materials before adapting a work. Oh well, it's their decision. I just think it's a bad idea at the moment. Lol a silver spoon bundled in the volume. With 34 chapters they can make 12 episode anime . And I'm so happy ! I was thinking maybe after it was got the award couple days ago ,it will get an anime . Let's root for a 12 episodes anime then but it seems a bit soon indeed. Fantastic manga though, I definitely prefer it to FMA (and I really, really liked it). |

McRib said: something like "Boku no Silver Spoon", huh? With Bones' recent track record, I'm a little afraid to see how this will turn out... hate capital letters. deal with it. |
