Someone recently uploaded a couple of photos in the Arakawa Hiromu profile: http://myanimelist.net/people/1874/Arakawa_Hiromu/pictures As far as I know, that woman is called Yamazaki Mari and is the editor in charge of Silver Spoon (Arakawa's newest manga). She recently accepted Arakawa's Manga Taishou award on her behalf, so I'm guessing that's the reason for the confusion: http://natalie.mu/comic/news/66582 Thanks!
