I discovered SAO when I was reading Sword Art Extra..then I started reading the light novel and the manga... Really enjoyed this and I can't wait for the anime adaption of it in July... Especially love the the Kirito X Asuna pairing although I was disappointed at the fact that Asuna was a year older than Kirito.. Call me sexist or whatever but the fact that most official pairings in animes have the girl older than the guy is really irritating that its almost made me insane.. so have always asking the question why do the anime/manga creators are soo interested in having the male interested in older women.. Anyway thats just my opinion..but putting that aside What do you guys hope for in the anime? I hope they make Kirito older but I don't really see that happening.. “A black belt only covers two inches of your ass. Follow the story faithfully.The 'working!' ish character designs has somewhat disappointed me. (Kirito look like Souma from 'working!!'. i think it's not bad. But i don't think it's THAT good.Probably because i'm not the targeted readers.  ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ |

Well,similar styles in character designs are not much of a problem..its not a complete rip off..or maybe the designers had same ideas.. All I can think from reading the description is that the whole "die in the game, die in real life" things sounds like the .hack stuff, though the rest is different.  |

That's because SAO is basically ".Hack (or another MMO story) done right". Combined with excellent storywriting and superb characters (event though Kirito is probably best example of Mary Sue ever)  |

When I see a small kid with a sword in his hand, I always stay away from that show. Tell that kid to be careful. Give him a band aid to carry with him. |

Ironic considering how your avatar is a small kid who uses a sword, Also just thought i should mention that Kirito is suppose to look young since most of the images are early parts of the novel...  |

There were a pre-air of ep. 1 but no RAWS available. Regular airing starts on July 7-8  |
