| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Beginning with the story of the picture book. The CM said OP single is out now... The friend wants to go to the world to save Mato, and the counselor only cares about her "BRS". She tries to save both BRS and white hair "BRS" By claiming that Mato is not BRS, she can get her out? Then a vision of those seems like interview of Mato, who is not being her true self. Because she doesn't like being worrying stuff (BRS = worry itself), and wanted to be like little bird, who is free of worry. White BRS ("Ryuu") suddenly say she doesn't like those who keeps saying excuses. After few fights, she said about someone with Mato (her friend, Yuu). It's next day, Kotonashi seems not remember a thing, and Mato's missing. The counselor lied about not knowing where Mato is. Yuu gave White BRS emotion when she lost to BRS. Special ED clip, with Kotonashi remembering when she saw the picture. Next ep. will be final ep.! |

| COMPLETELY going off my memory, so some things are probably left out XD Mato’s empty room; the Little Bird book opens, and we hear Mato’s voice. Sounds like she is reading as we see different pages from the book. It sounds like she’s asking why did the bird die? Saya says something is useless (stopping IBRS, or saving that world?) Yuu says she’ll go to the world. Saya tries to stop her. Yuu wants to save Mato. Yuu thanks Saya, and then leaves the apartment. Yuu calls out to Mato as IBRS and STR fight. Mato asks if that voice is Yuu’s. Mato is either yelling at IBRS or Yuu to stop - that she’ll never forgive her. Mato has a bunch of bruises on her legs, as IBRS has blood spurting out of her legs. Mato is surrounded by a bunch of colors. There is a montage of Mato’s family and friends talking about her. Yuu continues to call out to Mato. Sounded like Mato finally realized she is Black Rock Shooter. Seems like Yuu lost control over STR, who is actually talking (using her mouth XD) to either Yuu or Mato. STR basically loses her mind. She’s smacking IBRS around like a ragdoll. Saya is running down the street, trying to find Yuu. She finds Yuu slumped against a pillar under a bridge. Either a teacher or a cop comes into Mato, Yomi, and Kagari’s classroom, and asks if anyone has seen Mato. Yomi runs out of the room, she has flashbacks of spending time with Mato, but she's confused. She falls to her knees in the hallway. Back in the classroom, the students are looking out a window and they see a police car and cops. Kagari suddenly doubles over, and says her heart hurts. Saya is on the phone with someone. Now, both Mato and Yuu are both unconscious in Saya’s apartment. Yuu (sounds like the one from Saya’s flashback) tells Mato that BRS and STR have fought before. STR “lost”. Lying at the bottom of a pit, STR’s eyes turn orange. BRS is destroying anything that moves in the Other World. STR sees this, and runs away to hide. STR’s wounds are suddenly healed. Yomi is looking at the picture she drew of Mato. After she touches it, her flashbacks become more vivid. Yomi grabs her chest and is in pain as she runs to the rooftop. As Yomi is remembering , she cries. She runs down the school steps, calling out to Mato. We’re back in the other world, and we see Dead Master in the pile of other entities that STR had gathered. | Good episode,running away... The fight continues and it was great,finally we know wtf happen so Yuu change places with Strength because she was tired of the world as even if Strength die she will suffer again.... Mato was just also running away in a different way by showing a happy face no matter what,that is the worst way to deal with pain you face that something is wrong,suffer it fix it and then move on,is never smart saving sorrow and because of how many sorrow Mato save BRS became so powerful and violent. In the end Yomi remember Mato and DM will rise again!!! Probably to help Mato to overcome this,i think that maybe also Charriot will appear since it looks like Kagari begin to feel pain also but will see. Next episode last of the season let see how BRS vs IBRS go and how they end the series...cant wait!! |
| Awesome episode! I really like the drama of Mato's disappearance and the classroom's reaction to it especially Yomi. When Yomi finally realized, and admitted that Mato was a friend of her it was so cute! Cool friendship stuff. Kagari is feeling a little of it too but of course just slower to realize it. drooools |

| Absolutely awesome! This anime changed so much. The first bit was slow and somehow felt a little cheap, but these last few episodes are being flawless! The emotions and drama in this one are quite powerful. The battles are so intense, beautifully animated and so... I'm in love with this. Seems like it was right, Strenght was trapped in the real world while Yuu was in there. Somehow I feel like I would like to make that exchange as well :P. Anyway, the epic battle and the fact that BRS isn't the only one able to use chainguns aside, Yomi remembered everything she had lost when Dead Master died, and DM is back into action. I saw that coming when Yomi started to remember everything and running away while crying, and it was damn perfect. Can't wait for the last episode :Q_____. |

And I love it. I actually have yet to see a single anime forum where you actually like the anime you are talking about.. |

| i don't mind how this show is fast paced, keeps me interested. Though if it was longer there might be extended fighting scenes :P Great episode 5\5 cant wait to see next weeks |

| Great episode; interesting concept about pain; and i kinda saw the Yuu-STR thing but obviously not to details like this; just figured there was more to them since they seemed different than the rest. So Yomi remembers so i guess the rest will as well; interesting how there is way more of them then the ones shown as was shown with the hole with all the corpses. |

| fuuuuuh, only one more episode...... sucks that its so short HOLY F*CKING SH*T, THOUGH, THIS EPISODE WAS FULL OF EPIC WIN!!!!! real mindfuck when i thought strength was also going insane beast mode, but then to find out that YUU was ACTUALLY STRENGTH and vice versa?! all these girls and having their other selves shoulder their pain is kinda making my brain hurt. so they fight to take all the pain and suffering of the girls in the real world... I LOVE IT!! AND F*CK YEAH, DEAD MASTER'S GONNA COME BACK TO HELP THE REAL BRS KICK THE INSANE BRS's ASS!!!! i'm also really glad that yomi couldnt forget mato, i cant stand seeing those two not together |

At least the creators foreshadow their plot twists so that we can use our imagination to guess what may happen next, instead of just putting completely random plot twists like other anime... ------------- Personally, this episode didn't engage me as much as the previous two - but maybe its cuz I'm tired. I only really got into it when they revealed that yuu is actually strength and strength is yuu, but even that lost most of its strength (see what I did there? XD) from me reading all the people's speculations on the previous thread. 4/5 BRS vs IBRS lets go! :D I also want Dead Master and Chariot to revive, and BGS to recover, so that they can help BRS beat IBRS and Yuu. It would be the most epic fight ever :D. One third of that dream has already come true, fingers crossed for the other two thirds! xD |

| This episode was so fucking beautiful. Man, a lot of questions have been answered and I knew Yuu and Strength had switched places. Although, who would have thought Yuu would be such a psychotic bitch. Well I guess it's understandable since she must have had a tough time in the past. "Yuu" as Strength in the BRS world was crazy though. Shooting her 'hand' machine guns and then releasing them to let the bullets out was pretty hectic. Seeing Mato suffer in Insane BRS was quite heartbreaking. She was just running away and put on a facade and became all cheerful. The fight scenes again were animated so well. Seeing Kagari and Yomi feeling the pain in their hearts was very 'heartwarming' LOL, especially at the end with Yomi slowly remembering Mato and then crying. Fuck, that was absolutely lovely. :) Sadly the Anime feels very rushed. With only 8 episodes, there isn't a lot of content you can put in. The Anime should have been at least 12 episodes long, ah dang. Despite the episode feeling rushed, I still loved it. Dead Master's gonna come back now hopefully help BRS/Mato. :D Definitely a 5/5! Also, I'm pretty sad that next week's episode is the last (*sadface D:) but ... I CANNOT FUCKING WAIT FOR IT, THANKS TO THE PREVIEW!!!! | It seems the original Yuu switched with Strength in order to escape reality. While she had to suffer in both worlds it was easier for her to cope with her situation in the alternate world as she just had to fight and follow her instincts there instead of finding a solution in the real world. The visuals were beautiful again this episode. I just wished the story line wouldn't be that convoluted. |

| Is it just me, or does this anime feels a bit confusing? Yeah yeah, I get the story, but there are some loopholes here and there. There are also some wrong thinking here. Example, BRS killed DM, and Yomi does not feel any pain. Why? And also, why do they do such a thing over a minor problem? Problem should be confronted and have a solution! Maybe that's a part of the BRS dramatic real-world events... |

| Great episode I'm realy sad now because this show is so short it should be longer ,glad that Dead Master is back and maybe Chariot O_o ,judging by the preview it seams we are going to see a fight between Mato and BRS I can't wait for the next episode :) |
