You now have to achieve 1mil posts here ty, lololol Man, I just got my statics exam back and I got a 10%.... ....with a 10% curve -_-. I feel so demoralized right now, but the good news is that I'm on spring break starting today! Welcome Stereoman. With that said I feel awkward saying your name after you said you are a girl. Yeah I will want to visit AP too since I have been doing it frequently for a couple of years, but I think I'll get over it in a week or so. What kind of parts are you getting for it? I put one together a few months ago too. |

The computer will just be able to handle my software and gaming applications a lot better and is a step up for the future. @ aki, two of my friends are upgrading their rigs. I bought one of my friend's 6 core AMD 1055T @ 2.6, 16GB corsair vengeance CL9 ram, and the motherboard for $200. I got an OCZ 700W psu and antec nine hundred ATX mid tower for $125 from the other friend. Both of them didn't charge me for shipping so I've saved some major money. Right now I'm just carrying over my burner, internal HD, and graphics card from my old desktop over to the new one. I have an nvidia GeForce 9600 but if my sister upgrades her current graphics card I'll inherit her radeon 5850. I'll try to get it running properly tomorrow and probably put up some pictures of it. I'm still going to be visiting AP too, though mostly for the wallpapers. It's rare to find a great one these days but I usually check it out once every fortnight or so. :P |

Haha, thanks! And you can say Stereo for short. Stereoman is a nick I've used since I heard the song by ELLEGARDEN 6 years ago. :] So you love bacon? |

@Nymph: I suppose so :P And that's cool :O I have a friend that also modifies computers and makes monsters for gaming and movie watching and stuff :P He even puts lights in the towers which have transparent cover and makes them look futuristic. @Stereo: Stereo it is :P And yes, I believe we all like bacon in here :D Tide idolizes it :O |

Looks like you will be getting a powerful one. My computer has lights in it too but its not all see through. XD Hurray for bacon and eggs. Easy to cook and very tasty dish. |

Yeah ty, my new computer has a lot of cool blue LED lights and 4 fans (one huge on the top) around it. The friend who sold me his old case has a new case with three 12" black lights illuminating the whole thing and the hoses he uses to liquid cool his computer are florescent in the light. One of my good friends here is a pescetarian so I don't find it odd Stereo, lol. I also derived my username from a song I've liked since middle school. I didn't mean that being vegetarian is an odd thing, I meant odd as in, it is probably odd because this club is called "BACON Society". :] But I like vegetarian bacon ... so I guess I'm not so odd after all! |
