| Queue started to work and I got excited too much: I wanted to empty the queue ASAP and started processing users with no delay whatsoever. This resulted in too many requests in too short time and we got banned for 24h for being too greedy. I disabled queue temporarily until ban lift; disabling it resulted in division by zero error which I've just fixed. Gonna enabled it in.. let's see.. 12 hours from now. This time it'll run slower to avoid getting banned again. |

| Try Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5 to get rid of #undefined problem. In other news, queue block should be lifted in about 30 minutes. (At least according to Incapsula's FAQ.) edit: ...we're still getting 403s. |

| So our MALgraph IP is still banned, BUT I set us up a proxy which got things working again. (I am sooo awesome, I know.) For now, queue will run at painfully slow pace (5 users per minute) and we'll see how things go. I hope no more bans are going to happen and our official IP will be soon pardoned. | The reason behind these stops goes like that. Handling erroneous downloads was changed some time ago. Previously, if queue detected any kind of error with you or anime or manga, it put you or a/m back at the end of the queue. This justly frustrated some users, so we changed it: instead of putting users back, we keep them at the top of the queue until we can process them. (Same goes to anime and manga.) Now, the thing is that we had some rubbish in queue, that is, lines containing non printable characters. Obviously we hit errors trying to process these "users" and that blocked the queue until I manually removed the problematic lines. I don't know how we ended up having such rubbish in queue in the first place. The file is properly locked so no race conditions can happen and the input from users is severely sanitized. This might be remnant of our cooperation with OVH which used NFS file system that didn't support any kind of locking. If this happens again, I will carefully debug all the code behind queue. But until then I'll just keep an eye on how things go since I don't like debugging very much especially that it looks like the nasty kind. (If you wonder how many of such "users" were present in the queue file - just two, but two were enough to stop it all the way through. If this ever becomes a problem I'll think of revising queue error handling again.) |

| Just got updated, feel free to update the data after >24h have passed. Queue sizes are so small right now that typical update sholdn't take more than 5-10 minutes. |

| It's the first time I've seen this but under the VHS master race achievement there are some "Unknown anime entry #xxxxx" type things. I have 6 right now: Unknown anime entry #23825 Unknown anime entry #23877 Unknown anime entry #23895 Unknown anime entry #23903 Unknown anime entry #23905 Unknown anime entry #23917 at first I thought it was just no defined name for an oldie but it turns out that these are all post-1980 anime. They are all fairly recent additions to the MAL DB too. I updated my profile just a moment ago and they're still there as well, my best attempt at 'turning it on and off again'. |
| Media are updated separately and have their own queue. Please be patient, it eventually should fix itself automatically. |

| I think MALgraph might have a timezone problem somewhere. Episodes watched today at 1:30 AM still fall into yesterday. I use the history tab in MALgraph a lot, so it's a bit of a problem. Since I'm in GMT +2 right now, I think the timezones are at fault. |
| We use UTC everywhere and it isn't subject to change, since it would add a lot of unnecessary complexity both client-side and server-side. |

| I hope I'm not in the wrong forum but I'm having trouble with the BBCode? Is it supposed to show a link? I simply copy and pasted the code from the website to my profile and it only showed a link that leads back to my profile's malgraph stats. Is there already a thread that has a solution to this? Again, apologies if I have the wrong thread. |

| The recent update changed the way your stats are updated. You need to visit your profile and click "Add to queue" button in the upper right corner. As for the image embedding, we'll look into that. Users will possibly need to change URLs in their profiles, but that should hardly be an issue since they already don't work. Edit: Fixed. Hit Ctrl+F5 to fully reload the page and try to embed images with new URLs. If you feel technical enough and still want to customize your MALgraph, the format used for serializing user themes changed to Base64(JSON(settings)). It's rather radical but it works. |

| Agreed, the queue system is lovely! But for some reason I'm not able to customize the exported rating image. When I logged into MAL today I saw that the image in my profile had changed to the default blue anime ratings (when it used to be a custom colored anime and manga rating image). I tried to make a new one and set the theme to custom but no customizable options are showing up, only the code. |

I only have half of my malgraph on my profile and it's not the color it used to be plus it hasn't updated since the last day of April. I have read the posts in this thread: Can't find the 'add to queue' button nor did hitting cntrl-f5 do anything. Help. |

| The 'add to queue' button is in top right corner of your profile. Instead of hitting Ctrl+F5, you may also try Ctrl+R or right-click on the page and choose to reload it. You need to export your image again in order for it to use custom settings due to limitations of new BBcode (sorry, no backwards compability). All images are now refreshed when user is refreshed in the MALgraph website. |

| rr- thanks so far for the help. I found the queue button ( wrong profile ) and used it. My profile pic never disappeared, but my history is not updating and my manga graph has disappeared on myprofile on mal. Any suggestions? *edit* logging out and then back in again, my history has updated, my manga graph is still AWOL. Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it...it's amazing what you can do with numbers. |

| This isn't really important, but it's still weird. For some reason, on the Global Statistics, a possible rating to give an anime is 255. |

When the incorrect entry is removed from MAL, issue will fix itself automatically around midnight UTC+2. Edit: after I refreshed his data, the entry with score = 255 is gone. Globals graph will refresh itself soon enough. |

| http://myanimelist.net/anime/16740 gives me a mismatch. MAL use to have it listed as 3 episodes (since there were, apparently, three different episodes) but now lists it as one. I updated my entry to reflect this (changed from three episodes to one) and subsequently added myself to the queue. However, it still gives me a mismatch. |

So my bug report is this. These kind of pages should be excluded from the recommendation list, if it's possible to write some code for exclude invalid request and generally checks entries. |
