1. I don't see a problum with this really, though I kinda liked it when graders were more stricked... Also, it would make sence to raise the SP reward in a way, sence villidges will need (this is important) to create new jutsu. the old ones were for the villidges before they were distroyed, and are no longer appropriate... some are even out of date! (for an example, scouting in to the sand, an Iwa mission. iwa is no longer exactly at war with suna soooo)
Also, I have a small suggestion: most (if not all) the admins are busy. I have a small suggestion of appointing maybe 2-3 members as perminit graders, to keep the SP flowing and threads down. after all, I know this was an issue in the past... people would do threads, but no one would grade them because admins were busy.

3. I suppose this would work... I sort of feel bad for those who worked their asses off to achieve kage though... its like taking it away from them... though, sence a mass mijority of villidges are destroyed, it also makes alot of sence. I suggest NPC for now, but a player may later on fight, (and if they get a chance) kill the NPC kage, and take his or her place.

4. This wouldn't really effect me much, me restarting with a brand new character in all. I like the idea for other members, 2-5 years seems reasonible with a logical back story behind it.
5. I really like this idea. it is really anoying how many "characters" we have, when we really only have like 13 active members... also, I suggest that people (if they have NPC's, alternit characters etc) store them all in one post ... keeps things better orgenized...
6. In my opinion, this is a must. some rules (as kant pointed out the missing nin thread) are incredibly out of date. not only that, but some rules are unspesific, and or do not work well with the RP.

7. I would love for this to be so. A (actively) updated political threead of old would be nice...
8. I don't really care on this point. I at first really wanted one, but quickly became to realise two things for me: 1. I am not suited as an RP'er to own one. (in my opinion, only the best of the best should own a bidju, and with out microsoft word I can not qualify. My spelling and grammar are to terible.) 2. It would never fit my fighting style. I say talk to the current owners, and see weather or not it would effect their characters. if they are willing, some may be released in to the wild. characters should not have to die, but they could if their respective owners wished.
9. I agree with this, though am a little frightened. things should be better orgenized, so new members can find everything they need. I also believe that some systems and such should be better worded, cause quite frankly some are confusing as hell. (for an example I hardly under stand the jutsu system... even though a long time ago I fought for this to be in effect, I hate it and it hampers my style alot...)
10: not to sure about this one... it wouldn't effect me, considering the characters that have been in the story for me are now all dead... though I really enjoy being able to say: "Yeah, I participated in the first ever chunin exams, and lost to miki... but thats ok, she kicked psy's ass too in the final match!" :3

11. as the member who restarts the most, I really love this idea. I would love to be able to perportion out my SP to a genin, slowly increasing his or her strength as a shinobi. personally, I find this to be a reward. you bust your ass on a character first, working really hard to get to 6 K sp. then, you can slowly have fun building a little guy up. Though, I think there should be a lot of limitations. for an example: you may not start this ninja in the same villidge as your previus one, or another allied countries... this would be like sponning a giant army of badasses when needed, and seems really meta gamish...

With all that said: here are my conserns for the future, and a little suggestions:
Sage mode, and eight gates: it seems like these, once unique are becoming abundent... The rules state 1. you must have a cirtain amount of SP first. 2. you must have a mijority of admin approval. I think, that this should change to you must have all admin's approval. It seems like people are iether 1. squeeking by, or 2. the admins are being to lax... just my opinion.
2. Missions: now that the story has progressed to this point, and all of the old villidges are pretty much gone, what are genin going to do about missions? new ones must be created ASAP, new SP rewards astablished for these missions, new villidge guidelines must be made etc. until then, new genin are stuck. they can not create a character because well... they don't know where to begin... JS

I feel like my posts and suggestions are all over the place so I'm posting it all. Sorry for the trouble >_<
All the suggestions would go the the rule/system category

1. One of the rules that is like to be looked at are Kekkei Tota. I would think that the jutsu cost would be high just because of the fact that its a Tota, no matter what effect it does. It should have its own branch of cost or something. I also think that people should be limited for how many jutsus they can invent even more then what we are already limited from. I also think that "active" effects should also be categorized as "invented"

I also believe that with a limitation with how many jutsus you can invent, there should be a limit of how many jutsus you can have in general (this implies Genjutsu and ninjutsu not taijutsu). As far as i know, you have to be a very skilfully shinobi to know multiple jutsus since Kakashi is regarded as the shinobi who knows over 1000 jutsus and the third Hokage knowing all jutsus. The time where i would let it slide is when someone has a very versatile jutsu such as control the shape of a substance you control such as Sand, or Bax's blood.

2. I truly think that jutsus such as Rasengan, Chidori, Raikiri, lightning armor, should not be used in the club. My reasoning is because those jutsus are considered signature jutsus. I believe people need to be able to be creative in the club and that they should invent their own signature moves. I understand that they are technically jutsus that anyone can have since you don't actually need blood ties but I seriously want there to be more creativity in the club. That also means that i would have to remove the Rasengan from my Kage's jutsu listk.

3. For the summoning system, we don't really know much in the sense that if someone can have more then one animal contract. In the show, only Sasuke and Pain were seen with more then one summon. The thing with Sasuke is that we don't know if he has the snake contract anymore since that could be a possibility. If not then that leaves the question about being able to summon the two different contracts at once. And I'm not gonna mention Pain because he has the Rinnegan Lol
I was thinking that we could only have one summon only or you can have a maximum of two summons but you can't summon both contracts at once (E.I. You can summon like five dogs or 5 cats at once but can't summon 1 dog and 1 cat).

Also, I know that the Naruto world isn't realistic about real life but I wouldn't think that dragons, phoenix, chimeras, griffins, unicorns, sea dragons, etc wouldnt be a type of summon. I know that there are demons, but i wouldn't consider them as summon possibilities... Even if Madara can summon the Kyuubi but we would leave something like that to the antagonist. But i wouldn't mind summons that seem like they take aspects of the creatures (E.I. Such as a horse wearing a helmet that has a spike on it to make it look like a unicorn or a breed of snakes that only attack in the water making seem like they are sea dragons (sea serpents) or even a bird that has a jutsu to makes its whole body be set aflames).

4. I also think it should not be allowed to insult other with vulgar language or insults such as saying someone sucks, stupid, lame ,etc. This club is to have fun and not be judged unless someone asked to be judged. Weather or not someone has an opinion that is negative, then they should keep it to themselves.

5. I also don't care for the idea of how the ninjutsu system is made.

A. In a fight, what are you supposed to do as you prepare a jutsu

B. In a club arc its too easy to say that you've been preparing the jutsu

The way you put the stats you become a master at it making the cost of jutsu potentially to one and cast time to be a maximum of two. I know that's the point of being a master but if that's just your goal, then its easy to know where to put your stats. That's why I suggested for their to be a limit of how much jutsu someone can have... I was thinking about the total of ninjutsu plus intelligence would determine how much jutsu your character can have. (Ninjutsu for being skilled in ninjutsu and intelligence for the knowledge of ninjutsu). Something like this would give a person the choice of either being quick with jutsus or having more jutsu options. I truly think it would help in making people seem less OPish

Another thing that I wish to be reviewed, and possibly editted. (Not exactly necisary, but to me it seems logical...)

The stat explinations, and what exactly they do.
Currently, they are as followed:
I perpose it to be changed to something along the lines of:

1. A Boost of SP to all low SP characters in the club.
Strongly Agrees.-


2. A handicap put in place for powerful characters when dealing with weaker ones.
Mildly-agrees.- The handicap can't be to restricting that it would have the stronger opponent sugar-coat the entire battle while the lesser opponent, knowing this--attacks the stronger opponent without the fear of death and thus leave the whole battle slightly uninteresting.

3. New Kages (possibly NPCs)
Accepts the idea.- Motion & Bill's I second them * Nod *

4. Time-Skip
Accepts the idea.-


5. Cleaning of the sticky threads
Strongly Agrees.- Vanquish the many spam threads all but the epic ones and there are many of those

6. New and updated rules and regulations to make things easier for the club.
Agrees.- This shall indeed inspire more to rp in the club and grasp an even better understanding of how the stat's function in the rp & also the importance of the rules/regulations of the club

7. Clearly Define what village owns what.
Agrees.-

8. Possibly Reset Bijus(Plot reasons can easily be thought up)
Accepts the idea.-

9. Reformat the club.
Accepts the idea.-

10: Put most of the club story behind us.
Accepts the idea.-


11. New Generation Shinobi: Give all the RPers a choice to make a new character without killing their old one, putting that old one on the shelf's while playing a new character without sacrificing SP.


This can only be done once and with this you can make a new character with any SP you want as long as it does not exceed what your old character had. You can also start at Genin Level if that's what you want, and then reward yourself your own SP, so that you can grow at the rate yourself want your Genin to grow.

I haven't read everyone's opinions and suggestions yet, but I think I should at least give a quick post on what I think of what's been suggested.

And let it be noted that I've already thought up of some ideas of my own. Those will be posted for everyone's input at a later time.

1. I'd be for a slight award to those who already have been RPing for a while with their characters, but I'm working on a different way to award SP. Still trying to figure out the math and all.

3. I'm open to the idea of having NPC Kages. Another thing I'm working on is eliminating one or two of the ranks (ANBU perhaps?)

4. Nothing too long. A few years is good, but I don't want too many years to pass. It may force some people to change too many things about their character (due to aging) or completely make a new one when they don't want to.

5. Definately. As well as removing threads we don't need. I want to eliminate the Mission threads as they are right now in favor of an easier way of grading people's performance and participation.

6. Again, definitely, and system changes may be made here and there.

7. No problem there.

8. Not sure... possibly.

9. Yup. Elimination of some stickys could make it better for new members. They won't have to look all over the place here and there to figure out what goes where.

10. On board with that, though I would like to try to finish what we have going already. I feel partially (or mostly? >.>) responsible for the club arc dying off from my absence... again.
