I think it was a parody of the Amanto invasion of Japan, but I definitely felt the allusion to Beelzebub as well when they entered Makai ("This show is turning into a different anime again!") | Wow that was an episode which I think was chock full of references. Other than the obvious AKB48 parody, there was the SABER when Gedomaru/Kawasumi Ayako jumped out of the TV, and there was a Ao no Exorcist joke when Shinpachi mentioned Jump Square and satan. And I only realized in this episode that Ketsuno Ana means Asshole in japanese lol. Never realized, no wonder they kept calling her by her full name. |

| Haha, easily the funniest episode since the last Shogun 2-parter. I couldn't stop laughing when Kagura brought up the "demon day of the month"-metaphor. Same with the toilet seat from hell. So stupid yet so genius. xD Extra:  |

Hilarious too :D Love Pandemonium-san :3 Kagura almost made me throw up too though -_-' The end was pretty funny too xD 5/5 - Oh, and I finally caught up to Gintama now, since I started the show back in September-ish. :) It's sad though :( No more of my daily dose of Gintama D; Next episode looks hilarious! Can't wait for Monday (o.o) xD! |

| Im pretty sure its just going on hiatus near the end of March until the manga has enough material for 50 more episodes. I doubt it will just end forever without showing us the big war with Takasugi. And i dont think we have to worry about another "Claymore" incident(ending the anime out of nowhere) because contrary to what they always say in the anime, Gintama is actually pretty popular in Japan. |

| pandemonium-san shared first kiss with Shinpachi... so it's no wonder he can't forget her LOL the ending with PDN48 when Gin-chan says... "yokatta na, Sakaguchi-san" and Sakaguchi's "yes" (via Shinpachi... crack me up... apparently.. I really want to see "Kintama" being animated.. Anyway, the latest update from TV tokyo website is that a dinosaur anime "Gon" will be starting on Apr 2nd (Monday) 6pm <- Gintama's time slot!! (source: www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/anime/gon) Since no official news are out yet... it either means Gintama is changing time slot... taking a break or ending... (v.v) |
