Austeyn lives here. He also performs all his tasks here also, he operates from his desk that faces down the town strip, getting a great view of the quick draws. It's far enough away from the dueling area that he won't be hit by oncoming bullets. Every things nicely organized because Austeyn likes it that way, contrary to Reba.
