According to the official website, the winners of the Tokyo Anime Award 2012 are as follows:

Animation of the Year: Kokurikozaka Kara
Best TV Series: Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica and Tiger & Bunny
Best Domestic Film: Kokurikozaka Kara
Best Foreign Film: Tangled
Best OVA: Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn

Best Director: Shinbo Akiyuki ("Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica")
Best Scenario Writer: Urobuchi Gen ("Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica")
Best Art Director: Tanji Takumi ("Hoshi wo Ou Kodomo")
Best Character Designer: Katsura Masakazu ("Tiger & Bunny")
Best Voice Actor: Hirata Hiroaki ("Tiger & Bunny")
Best Music Director: Takebe Satoshi ("Kokurikozaka Kara")
