I don't understand this bizarre point the councilor was making about whatshername not "really" being the one getting hurt or why she took it to heart so immediately...unless they were talking about how she has an analogue in a fantastic world of surrealistic violence.

It’s an interesting idea. It assumes that all pain coincides with a physical injury. Because she is feeling pain but is not suffering from a physical injury, then someone else must be hurt. It makes sense but is an absurd idea, though it provides a convenient explanation so that is why the girl latches onto the idea. It also provides an interesting interpretation of the CGI world as just a manifestation of the emotional turmoil of the characters.

I thought the series would start from where the OVA left off, but it looks like it's more of a retelling of the story. What happened at the end of the episode kinda threw me off there. Overall, it was an okay episode.

Well I voted that it was Ok... I expected a better 1st episode...
Since i haven't seen yet and the other episodes I gotta say that I have low expectations for this anime cause this episode annoyed me a lot -specially cause of that little blonde brat-
Only the (i don't know what really is,I guess I ll find out soon) "imaginary world" gave me the reason to want to see more than 1st episode...

Kinda strange but not at the same time. The 3DCGI is a bit off putting but it's not as terrible as the stuff in other shows. The BRS world seems like it'll be the place that will serve as a metaphor for their feelings again. Wouldn't mind seeing a character action game a la Bayonetta or DMC using this setting. Seems ripe for it.

I like the OVAa more since that BITCH CHARIOT wasn't in it!Nice so far!BR★S looks different and is so great hooded!The art is epicly great♥!I hope BR★S or Mato kill that ****ing girl with blond hair!

Well that was nteresting, to say the least.
The CGI was bad and really noticeable.
Kuroi is really autistic
The only thing I could think througohut the whole episode was "lesbians"
I like Kaguri, though she's a real chuunibyou
I am really interested in this alternate world
Same face syndrome is prevalent in this art style
I think if the CGI scenes were drawn, it would make for some incredible art and imagery.
The ED was kinda...it would've been a lot better if it was sung by a real seiyuu and not a vocaloid, I think

Great start of this Anime I was surprised it started of that epic, the whole episode was quite interesting the other world or what you may call it was quite fucked up but the whole story was interesting to watch!

The ED was also quite nice I do wonder was it song by Hatsune Miku? "Vocaloid"

Either way from the first episode I rate this anime a 8/10 let's see if the rating will change over the coming 7 episodes!

I know nothing about the OVA before watching this. So I don't get why people are bashing this too much. The art for the highschool girls are too rough for my liking but I guess this is one of those unconventional anime like Madoka. I gotta say I like the alternative world better than the slice of life "real" world. Let's see how it goes.

This is actually pretty good so far.
I'm going to have to watch the OVA after this
