The best Final Fantasy and the strongest vilian is without a doubt Sephiroth... I think he is the only FF villian to appear in other games such as Kingdom Hearts  |

Sephiroth all the way! And after him I'd choose Kuja, the villains in other FFs don't appear that much (Ultimecia and Jecht for example). |

my vote is on Kefka cause out off all the final fantasy villains, he actually won and became a god and pretty much ruled for a year, had mass people worshiping him. he was a twisted and wicked villain through and through with the longest final battle music ever, Dancing Mad was over 17 minutes long which worked out cause it was a pretty epic battle (and it wasn't terribly easy either) and we cant forget the most wicked laugh of all time  |

Kuja; he has an interesting background story, has some cool lines like "they offend my senses" and "why the world has to go on without me, this isn't fair". He also rides a white dragon and has a cool theme. Kefka is a close second. He's crazy, funny, has a cool theme and not ashamed to fight dirty to win, which makes him all the more evil XD *a little rant* Everyone is entitled to their opinion and all, but man, I despise Sephiroth and I think he's way overrated. Yeah, he has a cool set of attacks, he manipulates others into doing his bidding and he's sadistic and evil, but there are other FF villains who do all that way better; Sephiroth overshadows them just because he stars in FFVII, the most popular game in the series. Not to mention the final battle with him was way too easy and I wasn't all that prepared nor did I do any of the side-quests before I fought him in my first playthrough a decade ago. Kuja is definately my fav! hes so awesome!!! but sephiroth comes in second cuz hes hawt and badass , and kefka is my third cuz, well, hes an evil clown what more can i say? xD |

Delita for being the only genuine Final Fantasy villain. No ultimate magic, no insanity, no desire to take over the world nor bring its destruction. He was simply a truly remarkable villain, who in the end was victorious. [Spoiler  ] |
