I love it when we have romance themed episodes! Even though, it always has a "sad" ending for the yokai.

I wonder if Natsume has started to think of his own mortal future?

Also we finally see another flashback of Reiko! I've been missing those since they didn't appear much during the 3rd season.

Going by the preview, I'm guessing that we'll see Natsume when he was in middle school.

Time seems so short for a yokai even when many years have passed it almost makes you wish that you can go back in time just so that you can be there hmm i wonder if there's a yokai like that

This was a cute episode, I almost cry at the end.
Oh and I don't think my tears are ready for the next one.

I cried. Why can't these kind of things work out for once ;_;

Reiko

This was a really heartwrenching episode. It was nice to see that the youkai who appeared so vicious at first turned out to be such a nice guy.

Such heart-warming episode ^^
It's just me or Natsume looked manlier in this episode O_O

I was smiling like an idiot in the end. So sad, yet heart-warming at the same time.
Next episode: Flashback? Can't wait to see it!

Aw, that was sweet, I got a bit teary at the end.

Anyway, next ep, WANT. TO. SEE.

I also loved how Natsume and the yokai were totally astonished by Karikami's restoring powers ♥ Cute :3

Great episode, Karukami and that youkai with a beard were both pretty cool... More heartwarming stories...

Please, PLEASE someone make a gif of Nyanko-sensei rubbing his face against against the bottle of Sake.

That youkai is so sweet :') And that letter was so beautiful even though I wasn't expecting that.

Not the best episode, but a very cute and warm episode! Got the tingles that I usually do in a Natsume Yuujinchou episode. :D

Oh, and I haven't thought about this before, but Reiko was really beautiful :)

The only show that can compete with Chihayafuru this season.

Perfect, even as a standalone episode. It contained virtually everything that Natsume is about.

I cried from the cute. /sap

But really, that was an adorable episode. c:

Their faces when Karikami restored the paper: :o . . .

XDDD.

And Nyanko-sensei in Natsume's lap with a cup of sake in one hand and batting Yobiko's mask in the other with a catnip plant, and then it droops when Natsume tells him to stop XD.

So heartwarming, a typical Natsume episode. Am i not the only one who finds using the ending theme during the last scene of each episode a really great addition? It was timed so perfectly here with the reveal of the letter's contents.

I felt sad for Youko D: arranged marriages suck!
