I'm with you on all points except that I think the HibikixMiku subplot is already messed up because we know Hibiki is going to die. Unless you're a fan of the whole "happy for a brief moment then dead" type scenarios.

You're right, of course. I kept forgetting about that fact for some reason and just enjoyed seeing the two, but their relationship was set on a course for tragedy in the very beginning. It actually looks like it will get pretty messy even before Hibiki dies.

This raises the dropping probability to about 99,9%. Looks like I'll settle for pics from now on.

Damn, she fucked stuff up when she went into that state! I wonder what causes her to enter that "mode" like that. Tsubasa blames herself ans still doesn't accept Hibiki. I think she needs to prove herself to her more before she'll ever do that. In the end we see what seems to be a commander of the Noize? I wonder what she wants!=O

If that berserker girl becomes black from the shoulders up next episode, I'll throw a bucket of feathers on her.

The animation quality sure took a dive in places this episode. What the heck was with that bouncy puppet walking? The whole 'mcguffin monster explains all our old monster stories' trope made no sense with the noise. I just don't think so.

Tsubasa <3 is the main reason why I still like this anime a lot, lol I was like damn it when that guy appeared at the end and stopped Hibiki from getting dropped. At least she got that last slap in, good enough I suppose. Looks like she went through a really depressing time of her life after Kanade and started blaming herself about what happened. Then seeing someone like Hibiki all carelessly and joyfully come in to replace Kanade, I can see why she would act so cold. Tbh Hibiki does get pretty annoying sometimes. Hmm so whenever Hibiki rages, she goes berserk and turn black. I think that'll probably change as she gets more used to the symphogear.

Looking forward to this new character, wonder if she's a good char or villian. She's in the OP and is using that relic from the first episode. :o Nehushtan/Mephista?

Wtf happened to the animation when they were walking?! -_- Just jumping and bouncing around I lol'd.

This is like Guilty Crown with extra sprinkles of goodness in it, in the form of poor animation, ear-splitting music, characters that make you want to gouge your eyes.

Berserker girl was so overdone it wasn't even interesting.

It's bad when I don't remember the main character's name 3 episodes in because I was my attention was diverted away from the episode because watching my sleeping fish tank with the lights off was more interesting.

lol certainly the animation is not the best , besides the fail while tsubasa was walking, when she was coming from the sky to kill the grape-like thing that scene looked awkward too...

Anyway this anime is entertaining for me u,u

After this episode i feel like dropping it. Back to the first episode i thought it was ok, i read a lot of people comparing it with madoka and a lot of positive comments, but still i found it...just ok to watch. I'll give it 1 more ep.

Positive thing about this show is the music is of my like.

Yea, that animation was derpy. Other than that I still find myself interested in what's going on. To say that the "wow" factor has dropped is correct, but I don't think any show can keep that "wow" through and through. I'm losing the "Madoka" feel I had from the first, but that's not saying its completely gone. Still have quite a few eps left.

Like Mai-Hime, it took about half the show for stuff to go dark and I was happy to have kept on. I'll give this the same go as well.

As long as I'm not "Kill Me Baby"-ing after the 4th and 5th episodes. -.-;;

Not a bad episode. I was getting a little bored in the middle, but berserker Hibiki made things interesting again. I'm interested to see how the world expands with this new character showing up.

omg lol at the walking scene ahaha first when i saw her and her manager walking from the side it was like "lol that blue hair movement is kinda annoying", and then the camera switch and we got to see them walking from close up front and i was like "OMG LOL WAHAHAHA FAIL"

but i still enjoy this episode more than the first one, but if only i was Hibiki, i would go berserk to Tsubasa and kill her! WHAT DID SHE EXPECT? WHAT AN EMO SLUT, she only hates Hibiki because Hibiki is so cute and happy, not some grumpy ugly shit with ugly shit hair like her please die.

The meteor shower thing was kinda obvious, I wonder how much Hibiki's new life will strain her relationship with Miku, not to mention she herself went to the Dark Side later on in the episode. 3/5.

Also, that walking scene, holy God...

I was seriously thinking about dropping this throughout the episode, then she went beserk and I thought that I really shouldn't drop it (yet?).

another character should help...

oh the coolest character so far was the cool old guy stopping her with his fist. badass old guy > angsty girls!

Man despite hating so mch on the first episode the past 2 episodes have made me change my mind. Even though the beeping of her (phone?) was obvious when (Hatsune) Miku went to take their bags. Everything else was fairly interesting. I didnt really count that as a berserk mode though. I mean meh you made her break her promise. So shes probably pissed . But not that angry. Normally people that go berserk is because of death or some other horrible reasons. But this would not drive a person nuts. In fact i found it pretty funny when she tore the noise apart with that dark look on her face.

Wow really Hibiki, you don't say stuff like "I'll try and replace Kanade".
So stupid, you never say stuff like that.
