After watching the series twice over, it still has the ability to make me cry, that i shall not deny. there is so much drama and emotional stuff goin down in this anime that its unreal. Looking back on it the last episode was kind of rushed, but everything did come to a close in the end and i am glad that the band got back together in america and all that. Great series overall, can't wait to watch it again :D |

Well all the good stuff has to have ending ain't it? I really liked this series really great and obviously what i most liked was the music. 9/10 for me and it still kinda bugs me how the whole Maho thing ended :l grabass said: Am I the only one who noticed that Taira was playing with The Pillows? I liked the series even though it was slow at first. How did they get Leon though? You certainly weren't the only one! the moment I heard Last Dinosaur I screamed "NO FUCKING WAY!" then Taira showed up on stage :P was awesome though if a were Taira I wouldn't have quit i mean its The Pillows! Anyway i'm glad Beck started again. |

I enjoyed the series. The beginning was a little slow, but after that the storyline was good and I got hook. I also enjoyed the music. I also thought the ending was quick and I wished they tied some of the loose ends up. I was wondering where Beck (the dog) was going to show up again and I'm happy his back. Overall good series. I probably should check out the manga. |

Very good series. Sure the ending was rushed but it was good nonetheless. I'm glad they were able to solve their problems and reform BECK. I'll start reading the manga soon. |

The only thing that was missing from this was Maho and Tanaka officially dating. Tho the kissing scene after the concert was nice. |

Glad to see they got the band back together. I thought the slide show was a neat way to handle the tour, but I would have preferred to have seen it in episodes. So much happened (Chiba's dream, Keith, Ryusuke's return, Leon Sykes, etc.) and it just gets glossed over. Great series overall. The animation was...yeah. And the resolution with Maho...I was really hoping it would have been better last episode. Still, loved all the characters, except the ones you're supposed to hate, and then I really hated them, and the music was great. 9/10 korn7809 said: The only thing that was missing from this was Maho and Tanaka officially dating. Shoutouts to the Pillows! Really got excited to see Tiara play with them while playing one my favourite songs in Last Dinosaur. Really enjoyed this anime from start to finish. I do agree the ending was a bit lacking but the picture slide show was a nice little touch. Off to watch the live action movie |

Would have liked a few more episodes for the American tour but the ending with the slideshow was nice. 7Deuce86 said: Glad to see they got the band back together. Yea I was thinking they were since he had to call to cancel after he pissed her off. |

I was going to give it a 7, but then, for some reasons, I really liked this episode very much! It was a great ending that fits Beck! It has it charm. I'll give this a 8 :) |

Hm, that was good stuff. Pillows moment was lol (so many other cameos I didn't get). The show would have gained from characters 3 years older, but I guess it's a target problem. Overall, a solid character design (Maho was especially win) and plot (damn, what was that doggy subplot?), but a few awkward animation moments, and weird ellipses. Too bad there isn't a second season (and they rushed the ending), I would watch that. Ma ii. :) Modified by EratiK, 08-13-12, 6:44 PM |

Lately said: Great show, I would continue on with the manga, but I dunno how that'll work out without any sound lol. Haha I actually found the manga to be better than the anime. Though, if you really need sound you can just play music while reading xD |

Damn, what a fun marathon this was. This was better than I thought it would be, and an awesome dub. Wish there was another season to flesh out everything. |

I really liked this show, it has been a great ride. I'm definitely going to read the manga. All the evils in the world? Bring at least three times as much if you wish to spoil me! - Gilgamesh ![]() |

I hope more for the final of Beck. They could show more about the tour arc. But the anime are very good. Final rating: 8/10 |

Ah, the series is finished. This was an epic series imo and I marathoned it in two days. We need more titles like this and I enjoyed the music aspect of Beck. Maho and Kyouki's bonding and their love of music was moving. That photo montage in this episode was amusing to watch as well as the journey that the band went together. It's glad to see them back also as well the final song at the end. This is a amazing series imo and one that I will remember for awhile. Beck is a series that defines music and executing in a way that is mature. It's entertaining without going explicit. It's emotional without being overdramatic. It's fun without being stupid. It's also has romance and drama without random loli/fan-service. No regrets watching this. 8/10. I'm considering a 9/10 at the moment also |
